Abstrak fakhrurrazi. 2023. hubungan power otot tungkai terhadap ketepatan pukulan smash dalam permainan bulutangkis di pb candramawa tahun 2023. bulutangkis merupakan salah satu permainan yang menuntut beberapa kemampuan. kemampuan kondisi fisik power otot tungkai sangat berperan dalam permainan bulutangkis. penelitian ini berupaya mengungkapkan kemampuan kondisi fisik atlet pb malaka aceh besar. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan power otot tungkai terhadap ketepatan pukulan smash dalam permainan bulutangkis di pb candramawa tahun 2023. pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional. populasi penelitian ini adalah atlet pb candramawa banda aceh 12 orang putra, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini 12 atlet pb candramawa. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara: 1) tes power otot tungkai (vertical jump), 2) tes ketepatan smash. penelitian ini menggunakan analisis stasistik rata-rata, standar deviasi, koefisien korelasi, dan uji t. berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang diperoleh terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara power otot tungkai terhadap ketepatan pukulan smash dalam permainan bulutangkis di pb candramawa tahun 2023, hal tersebut ditunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar r = 0,856. sehingga hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa t-hitung lebih besar dari tabel, atau 5,236 ≥ 1,812. kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara power otot tungkai terhadap ketepatan pukulan smash dalam permainan bulutangkis di pb candramawa tahun 2023. kata kunci: power otot tungkai, ketepatan pukulan smash, bulutangkis

ABSTRACT Fakhrurrazi. 2023. The relationship between leg muscle power and smash shot accuracy in badminton at PB Candramawa in 2023. Badminton is a game that requires several abilities. The ability of the physical condition of the leg muscles plays a very important role in the game of badminton. This research seeks to reveal the physical condition of PB Malaka Aceh Besar athletes. This research aims to determine the relationship between leg muscle power and the accuracy of smashes in Badminton games at PB Candramawa in 2023. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach with a correlational type. The population of this study was 12 male PB Candramawa Banda Aceh athletes. The sample was taken using a total sampling technique, so the sample in this study was 12 PB Candramawa athletes. Data collection was carried out by: 1) Leg muscle power test (vertical jump), 2) Smash accuracy test. This research uses statistical analysis of average, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, and t test. Based on the results of the data analysis obtained, there is a significant relationship between leg muscle power and the accuracy of smashes in Badminton games at PB Candramawa in 2023, this is shown by a correlation coefficient of r = 0.856. So the results of the hypothesis test show that the t-count is greater than the table, or 5.236 ≥ 1.812. The conclusion of this research is that there is a significant relationship between leg muscle power and the accuracy of smashes in badminton at PB Candramawa in 2023.
