Tingkat kompetensi interpretasi elektrokardiogram pada mahasiswa pendidikan profesi ners abstrak kompetensi melibatkan tiga domain pembelajaran, yaitu pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap. salah satu kompetensi yang harus dikuasai mahasiswa pendidikan profesi ners adalah interpretasi ekg. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kompetensi interpretasi elektrokardiogram pada mahasiswa pendidikan profesi ners. jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif eksploratif. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan profesi ners fakultas keperawatan universitas syiah kuala yang sudah menyelesaikan semua mata kuliah profesi sebanyak 36 sks dan belum di wisuda dengan jumlah 172 responden. pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa kuesioner interpretasi ekg dengan nilai reabilitas 0.918. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi mahasiswa pendidikan profesi ners dalam menginterpretasi ekg berada pada kategori cukup (64,5%), dengan pengetahuan yang cukup (57,6%), keterampilan cukup (54,1%) dan sikap kurang percaya diri (58,7%). kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah kompetensi mahasiswa pendidikan profesi ners dalam menginterpretasi ekg berada pada kategori cukup. diharapkan kepada institusi pendidikan agar tatap memfasilitasi mahasiswa pendidikan profesi ners untuk dapat belajar, berlatih interpretasi ekg secara berulang dan menerapkan metode peer learning sehingga mahasiswa pendidikan profesi ners tetap mampu dalam menginterpretasi ekg. kata kunci : elektrokardiogram, kompetensi, pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap. sumber bacaan : 40 buku, 31 jurnal (2010-2023)

ELECTROCARDIOGRAM I INTERPRETATION COMPETENCE LEVEL AMONG NURSE PROFESSION STUDENTS ABSTRACT Competency involves three learning domains. They are knowledge, skills, and attitudes. One of the competencies that the professional nurse student must master is Electrocardiogram (ECG). This research aimed to identify the level of electrocardiogram interpretation competence among nurse profession students. The research was an explorative, descriptive method. The population of this research was the nurse profession students of the Nursing Faculty of Universitas Syiah Kuala who had completed 36 semester credit hours and had yet to graduate, with 172 respondents. The samples were chosen using total sampling techniques. The data collection used was an ECG interpretation questionnaire with 0.918 reliability. The result of the research showed that the student’s competence in interpreting ECG was in the sufficient category (64.5%). Specifically, their ECG knowledge and skill were sufficient (57.6 & 54.1%), and they had less confident behavior (58.7%). It was concluded that the nurse profession students’ ECG competence was sufficient. It was expected that the educational institution to facilitate the professional student to learn, practice ECG interpretation, and apply the peer learning method so that the students can keep updating their knowledge in interpreting ECG.
