Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh training dan upskilling terhadap motivasi kerja serta dampaknya pada kinerja pegawai pt bank syariah indonesia regional i aceh. populasi seluruh pegawai pada pt bank syariah indonesia region 1 aceh yang berjumlah 76 orang pegawai (kecuali pramubakti, security, dan driver). sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dimana keseluruhan populasi akan dijadikan sebagai sampel. analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode partial least square (pls). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa training dan upskilling berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja. training, upskilling, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. motivasi kerja memediasi pengaruh training dan upskilling terhadap kinerja pegawai kata kunci: training, upskilling, motivasi kerja, kinerja pegawai



Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Training and Upskilling on Work Motivation and its impact on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Regional I Aceh. The population of all employees at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Region 1 Aceh is 76 employees (except attendants, security and drivers). The sample in this study uses a saturated sampling technique where the entire population will be used as the sample. Data analysis in this research used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The research results show that training and upskilling influence work motivation. Training, Upskilling, and Work Motivation influence employee performance. Work Motivation mediates the influence of Training and Upskilling on Employee Performance Keywords: Training, Upskilling, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.
