Darisfa yuskadiansyah, 2022. “strategi pembinaan pebisnis muda pada industri kecil oleh dinas koperasi dan umkm di kecamatan peukan bada kabupaten aceh besar”. skripsi, jurusan pendidikan ekonomi, fakultas keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan, universitas syiah kuala. pembimbing: (1) drs. amrusi., m. si (2) zulfadhli, s.pd., m.pd. m. si kata kunci: strategi, pembinaan, pebisnis muda, industri kecil, dinas koperasi dan umkm studi ini mengkaji tentang strategi pembinaan pebisnis muda pada industri kecil oleh dinas koperasi dan umkm di kecamatan peukan bada kabupaten aceh besar. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pembinaan pebisnis muda oleh dinas koperasi dan umkm di desa lampisang kecamatan peukan bada, kabupaten aceh besar dan hasil capaian pembinaan pebisnis muda industri kecil yang diberikan oleh dinas koperasi dan umkm di desa lampisang kecamatan peukan bada, kabupaten aceh besar. pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. informan terdiri dari 13 orang pelaku industri kecil di desa lampisang dan pihak dinas koperasi dan ukm aceh besar. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembinaan pembisnis muda oleh dinas koperasi dan umkm di desa lampisang kecamatan peukan bada, kabupaten aceh besar dilakukan dengan pemberian pembekalan berupa pelatihan manajamen usaha, pembuatan catatan keuangan/pembukuan sederhana, serta pengesahan hak cipta produk dan merek/label oleh pemerintah melalui bagian koperasi baik provinsi dan kabupaten. capaian pembinaan pembisnis muda industri kecil yang diberikan oleh dinas koperasi dan umkm di desa lampisang ditandai adanya kemajuan dan perkembangan unit industri dalam berbagai jenis usaha yang memiliki izin usaha, semakin berkualitasnya kemasan produk sesuai perkembangan zaman dan para pebisnis merasa terbantu dengan hadirnya pembinaan oleh dinas koperasi dan umkm. serta para pebisnis merasa terbantu dengan hadirnya pembinaan oleh dinas koperasi dan umkm. serta memberikan pelatihan mendasar kepada para pebisnis muda yang mendapatkan kesempatan agar mampu bisa berinovasi dan meningkatkan kreasi sehingga menumbuhkan ekonomi secara signifikan.

The aim of this research is to find out the strategy for developing young businesspeople by the Cooperatives and UMKM Service in Lampisang Village, Peukan Bada District, Aceh Besar Regency and the results of the development of small industry young businesspeople provided by the Cooperatives and UMKM Service in Lampisang Village, Peukan Bada District, Aceh Besar Regency. . This research approach is a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The informants consisted of 13 small industry players in Lampisang village and the Aceh Besar Cooperatives and SMEs Service. The results of the research show that the strategy for developing young entrepreneurs by the Department of Cooperatives and MSMEs in Lampisang Village, Peukan Bada District, Aceh Besar Regency is carried out by providing provision in the form of business management training, making simple financial/bookkeeping records, as well as ratifying product and brand/label copyrights by the government. through both provincial and district cooperative departments. The achievements of coaching young small industry entrepreneurs provided by the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM in Lampisang Village are marked by the progress and development of industrial units in various types of businesses that have business permits, the quality of product packaging is increasing according to the times and business people feel helped by the presence of coaching by the Cooperative Department and MSMEs. and business people feel helped by the presence of guidance from the Department of Cooperatives and MSMEs. As well as providing basic training to young business people who get the opportunity to be able to innovate and increase creativity so as to grow the economy significantly
