Nurul madani (2023), hubungan internal locus of control dengan kematangan karir siswa di smk negeri 3 banda aceh dan smk farmasi cut meutia banda aceh kematangan karir merupakan bentuk kesiapan siswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas perkembangan karir berdasarkan usianya, siwa yang berada pada usia (15-24 tahun) dalam teori super sedang berada pada tahap ekslorasi karir sehingga siswa perlu terus meningkatkan pengetahuan terkait karir berdasarkan potensi yang dimilikinya. internal locus of control adalah suatu keyakinan yang ada di dalam diri siswa bahwa usaha yang dilakukan akan berbanding lurus dengan hasil yang didapatkan. tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk untuk menggambarkan kematangan karir dan internal locus of control siswa di smkn 3 dan smk farmasi cut meutia banda aceh serta melihat hubungan antara internal locus of control dengan kematangan karir pada siswa di kedua smk tersebut. pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasional. teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala internal locus of control dan kematangan karir yang diedarkan kepada 260 sampel berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rumus slovin. hasil analisis data deskriptif kategorisasi ditemukan hampir separuh siswa (43%) memiliki internal locus of control yang sangat tinggi, dengaan karakteristik mempunyai usaha yang cukup besar, inisiatif yang banyak dan selalu bekerja keras untuk mencapai hasil yang diinginkan. kemudian hampir separuhnya (32%) siswa memiliki tingkat kematangan karir yang berada pada kategori sedang. temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa akan memikirkan berbagai alternatif dalam mencapai karir yang diinginkan, namun belum mengambil keputusan yang mengikat dirinya dan pencapaian karir yang diinginkan. selanjutnya dari hasil analisis korelasi terdapat hubungan yang positif sebesar 0,400 yang berada pada kategori sedang dan signifikan pada alpha 0,05. dengan dimikian hipotesis alternatif (ha) dapat diterima kebenarannya pada tingkat kepercayaan 0,05. artinya, semakin tinggi internal locus of control siswa maka semakin tinggi kematangan karir siswa tersebut begitupula sebaliknya. kata kunci: internal locus of control, kematangan karir

Nurul Madani (2023), The Relationship between Internal Locus of Control and Student Career Maturity at State Vocational School 3 Banda Aceh and Cut Meutia Pharmacy Vocational School Banda Aceh Career maturity is a form of student readiness in completing career development tasks based on their age. Students aged (15-24 years) in Super theory are at the career exploration stage so students need to continue to increase their career-related knowledge based on their potential. Internal Locus of Control is a belief that exists within students that the effort they make will be directly proportional to the results obtained. The aim of this research is to describe the career maturity and Internal Locus of Control of students at SMKN 3 and Cut Meutia Pharmacy Vocational School Banda Aceh and to see the relationship between Internal Locus of Control and career maturity of students at these two vocational schools. The approach in this research is quantitative with a correlational descriptive method. The data collection technique used the Internal Locus of Control scale and career maturity which was distributed to 260 samples based on the results of the Slovin formula calculation. The results of descriptive categorization data analysis found that almost half of the students (43%) had a very high Internal Locus of Control, with the characteristics of having quite a lot of effort, a lot of initiative and always working hard to achieve the desired results. Then almost half (32%) of students have a career maturity level that is in the medium category. These findings indicate that students will think about various alternatives in achieving their desired career, but have not yet made a decision that binds them and the achievement of their desired career. Furthermore, from the results of the correlation analysis there is a positive relationship of 0.400 which is in the medium category and significant at alpha 0.05. In this way, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) can be accepted as true at a confidence level of 0.05. This means that the higher the student's Internal Locus of Control, the higher the student's career maturity and vice versa. Keywords: Internal Locus Of Control, career maturity
