Baik atau buruknya kegiatan pembelajaran pjok di sd se-kecamatan kluet utara kabupaten aceh selatan tentu tidak bisa dilepaskan dari kompetensi seorang guru, kompetensi seorang guru tersebut salah satunya dapat dilihat dari statusnya sudah bersertifikat atau belum. penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja guru pjok bersertifikasi dan non sertifikasi dalam meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar di sd se-kecamatan kluet utara kabupaten aceh selatan. pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. populasi dalam penelitian ini 10 orang yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan wakil bidang akademik. pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan koesioner dengan analisis menggunakan menghitung rata-rata dan distribusi frekuensi. berdasarkan hasil dapat diketahui kinerja kinerja guru pjok bersertifikasi dalam meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar di sekolah dasar se-kecamatan kluet utara kabupaten aceh selatan masih tergolong kurang baik. kinerja guru pjok non sertifikasi dalam meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar di sekolah dasar se-kecamatan kluet utara kabupaten aceh selatan juga tergolong masih kurang baik. kesimpulan penelitian ini ialah kinerja guru pjok bersertifikasi dan non sertifikasi dalam meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar sd se-kecamatan kluet utara tergolong kurang baik. kata kunci: kinerja, guru pjok, sertifikasi, non sertifikasi

Whether PJOK learning activities are good or bad in elementary schools in North Kluet District, South Aceh Regency certainly cannot be separated from the competence of a teacher, one of the competences of a teacher can be seen from whether he is certified or not. The research aims to determine the performance of certified and non-certified PJOK teachers in improving the teaching and learning process in elementary schools in North Kluet District, South Aceh Regency. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach and descriptive research type. The population in this study was 10 people consisting of school principals and academic representatives. Data collection in this research was carried out using questionnaires with analysis using calculating averages and frequency distributions. Based on the results, it can be seen that the performance of certified PJOK teachers in improving the teaching and learning process in elementary schools in North Kluet District, South Aceh Regency is still classified as poor. The performance of non-certified PJOK teachers in improving the teaching and learning process in elementary schools in North Kluet District, South Aceh Regency is also considered to be poor. The conclusion of this research is that the performance of certified and non-certified PJOK teachers in improving the teaching and learning process of elementary schools in North Kluet District is classified as poor.
