Abstrak yessi afriani (2024). persepsi guru ekonomi terhadap penghapusan ujian nasional (un) di sman kabupaten aceh besar. ujian nasional (un) merupakan suatu ujian yang dilaksanakan oleh lembaga pendidikan yang diterapkan oleh seluruh sekolah secara nasional sebagai standar penilaian kelulusan peserta didik. pada tanggal 1 februari 2021 menteri pendidikan dan kebudayaan mengeluarkan surat keputusan (sk) mengenai penghapusan un. kebijakan ini tentunya menimbulkan banyak persepsi dari berbagai kalangan, salah satunya adalah guru. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru ekonomi terhadap tujuan un, dampak positif dan negatif penghapusan un di sman kabupaten aceh besar. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. pengambilan informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 11 orang guru ekonomi yang mengajar di sman kabupaten aceh besar dengan mengunakan teknik “purposive”. untuk melihat persepsi guru ekonomi terhadap penghapusan un di sman kab. aceh besar peneliti melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa persepsi guru terhadap tujuan un untuk mengukur hasil capaian peserta didik yaitu penghapusan un dapat mempengaruhi hasil capaian peserta didik dalam pelajaran ekonomi, persepsi guru terhadap tujuan un untuk mengukur mutu pendidikan, penghapusan un dan digantikan dengan asesmen nasional (an) tetap dapat mengukur mutu pendidikan. persepsi guru terhadap dampak positif penghapusan un yaitu dapat mengurangi stress dan beban pikiran pada peserta didik, membuat peserta didik lebih nyaman dan santai dalam proses pembelajaran, menurunkan rasa khawatir akan kelulusan dan dapat memaksimalkan bimbingan persiapan melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi pada kelas xii. persepsi guru terhadap dampak negatif penghapusan un yaitu peserta didik menjadi kurang serius dalam belajar serta motivasi dan minat belajar peserta didik menjadi menurun. dengan demikian persepsi guru mengenai dampak positif penghapusan un lebih banyak dari pada dampak negatif. kata kunci: persepsi guru ekonomi, penghapusan ujian nasional, ujian nasional

ABSTRACT Yessi Afriani (2024). Economics Teachers' Perceptions of the Elimination of the National Examination (UN) at SMAN Aceh Besar Regency. The National Examination (UN) is an examination carried out by educational institutions which is applied by all schools nationally as a standard for assessing student graduation. On February 1 2021 the Minister of Education and Culture issued a Decree (SK) regarding the abolition of the UN. This policy certainly raises many perceptions from various groups, one of which is teachers. This research aims to determine economics teachers' perceptions of the purpose of the National Examination, the positive and negative impacts of eliminating the National Examination at SMAN Aceh Besar Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The informants taken in this research were 11 economics teachers who taught at SMAN Aceh Besar Regency using the "purposive" technique. To see the perception of economics teachers regarding the abolition of the National Examination at SMAN Kab. Aceh Besar researchers conducted observations, interviews and documentation. Based on the research results, it is known that teachers' perceptions of the purpose of the National Examination are to measure students' achievement results, namely that the elimination of the National Examination can affect students' achievement results in economics lessons, teachers' perceptions of the purpose of the National Examination are to measure the quality of education, the elimination of the UN and its replacement with the National Assessment (AN) can still measure the quality of education. Teachers' perceptions of the positive impact of eliminating the National Examination are that it can reduce stress and mental burdens on students, make students more comfortable and relaxed in the learning process, reduce anxiety about graduating and can maximize guidance on preparation for continuing their education to college in class XII. Teachers' perceptions of the negative impact of eliminating the National Examination are that students become less serious about learning and students' motivation and interest in learning decreases. Thus, teachers' perceptions regarding the positive impact of eliminating the National Examination are greater than the negative impact.
