Dalam pembelajaran matematika khususnya dalam materi perkalian masih banyak siswa yang belum paham konsep dasar perkalian serta belum mampu menyelesaikan soal perkalian dengan cara yang berbeda-beda atau menggunakan lebih dari satu cara. skripsi ini meneliti tentang pengaruh model project based learning terhadap pemahaman konsep dan berpikir kreatif pada pada materi perkalian kelas v sd negeri lampeuneurut. peneliti memilih model project based learning menjadi alat bantu dalam proses pembelajaran perkalian agar siswa dapat memahami konsep dasar dan berpikir kreatif. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pengaruh model project based learning terhadap pemahaman konsep dan berpikir kreatif pada materi perkalian siswa kelas v sdn lampeuneurut. teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari teknik tes. aspek yang digunakan dalam analisis data terdiri dari n-gain score, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis, kelancaran berpikir kreatif, fleksibilitas, elaborasi dan orisinalitas. hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh model project based learning yang diterapkan pada kelas eksperimen berpengaruh dengan hasil < 0.001 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh dari model pembelajaran tersebut, serta dari 31 siswa kelas eksperimen yang mendapatkan nilai sangat baik terdapat 22 siswa, dan 9 orang siswa mendapatkan nilai baik.
