Rumah sakit ibnu sina (rsis) di aceh besar merupakan sebuah lembaga pelayanan kesehatan swasta yang telah menjalin kemitraan dengan badan penyelenggara jaminan sosial (bpjs) sejak tahun 2014, sehingga rsis kini berperan sebagai rumah sakit rujukan kedua di aceh besar. rsis menghadapi tantangan besar akibat kerugian yang disebabkan oleh banyaknya obat kedaluwarsa di instalasi farmasi. permasalahan ini muncul karena kurangnya akurasi dalam sistem yang telah ada dan tidak ada pendataan setelah obat didistribusikan dari gudang farmasi. akibatnya, obat-obat menumpuk di area tertentu di instalasi farmasi. oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu rancangan sistem yang mampu mengelola persediaan obat, mendistribusikan obat di lingkungan instalasi farmasi, dan memberikan pemberitahuan saat obat mendekati masa kedaluwarsa. proses perancangan ini penting untuk memastikan bahwa sistem dapat efektif memenuhi kebutuhan rumah sakit. dalam penelitian ini, sistem dirancang menggunakan pendekatan berbasis komponen. pendekatan ini dipilih karena dapat mempermudah pengembangan sistem dan meningkatkan kualitas serta efisiensi. tahapan penelitian dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, diikuti oleh studi literatur, requirement definition, component specification, dan object constraint language (ocl). hasil dari penelitian ini mencakup business concept model sebagai kerangka acuan dan deskripsi tentang struktur dan pengetahuan bisnis, use case description yang memberikan gambaran langkah-langkah yang terjadi dalam use case pada penelitian ini terdapat total 18 use case description, interface, komponen sistem, dan ocl sebagai aturan yang berlaku pada desain sistem total terdapat sekitar 20 kelas. penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan proses pengembangan sistem informasi di rumah sakit tersebut.

Ibnu Sina Hospital (RSIS) in Aceh Besar is a private healthcare institution that has partnered with the Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) since 2014, making RSIS the second referral hospital in Aceh Besar. RSIS faces a major challenge due to losses caused by expired medications in the Pharmacy Installation. This problem arises due to the lack of accuracy in the existing system and no data collection after the medications are distributed from the Pharmacy Warehouse. As a result, medications pile up in certain areas of the Pharmacy Installation. Therefore, a system design is needed that can manage medication inventory, distribute medications in the Pharmacy Installation environment, and provide notifications when medications are approaching their expiration date. The research process is important to ensure that the system can effectively meet the hospital's needs. In this study, the system is designed using a component-based approach. The research stages begin with problem identification, followed by literature study, requirement definition, component specification, and Object Constraint Language (OCL). The results of this study include a business concept model as a reference framework and a description of the structure and business knowledge, use case descriptions that provide an overview of the steps that occur in the use case, with a total of 18 use case descriptions in this study, interfaces, system components, and OCL as the rules that apply to the system design. There are around 20 classes in total. This research is expected to facilitate the process of developing information systems in the hospital.
