Provinsi aceh mendapatkan amanah dari hasil kesepakatan mou helsinki yang diturunkan dalam undang-undang no. 11 tahun 2006 tentang pemerintahan aceh untuk dapat mendirikan partai politik lokal. berdasarkan atas keresahan ulama aceh terhadap dinamika perpolitikan yang ada di aceh saat ini yang sedang mengalami penyusutan dari nilai-nilai islam. partai lokal di aceh mendapatkan pesaing baru dalam kontestasi pemilu yaitu partai adil sejahtera (pas) aceh yang mana partai politik pas aceh ini baru saja dibentuk pada 2021. pas aceh merupakan hasil dari rekomendasi para ulama pada saat silahturahmi ulama aceh pada 10 november 2021 yang dilaksanakan di lampeuneurut, banda aceh. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi munculnya partai politik lokal berideologi agama di aceh dan mengetahui bentuk interaksi pas aceh dalam membangun kepercayaan masyarakat. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teori ideologi william t blumh serta konsep partai politik islam dan prinsip partai politik islam. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa munculnya partai pas aceh dikarenakan sebuah kentingan untuk memperbaiki sistem perpolitikan di aceh dan membuka wadah untuk para alumni dayah, kebenaran agama islam yang telah mengatur cara berpolitik didalam al-qur’an dan hadis-hadisnya, juga kesulitan sosial dan kultural mengembalikan peranan ulama seperti pada saat pasca konflik. dengan adanya dasar-dasar tersebutlah yang membawa partai adil sejahtera aceh muncul kedalam sistem perpolitikan di aceh dengan menganut ideologi islamisme di dalam dasar partai tersebut. dimana dengan ideologi islamisme diyakini dapat menjadi sebagai penunjuk yang benar dalam melakukan tindakan. pas aceh dalam membangun kepercayaan masyarakat memanfaatkan posisi mereka sebagai ulama dan tokoh-tokoh masyarakat, dimana hal itu sudah pasti mereka sangat dengat dengan masyarakat terutama masyarakat akar rumput. dengan demikian kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa hadirnya partai pas aceh terjadi kerana adanya sebuah permasalahan yang harus diperbaiki. kata kunci : partai politik lokal, ideologi islam, partai adil sejahtera.

The Province of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam received a mandate from the results of the Helsinki MoU agreement which was stipulated in Law no. 11 of 2006 concerning the Aceh government to be able to establish local political parties. Based on the concerns of Acehnese ulama regarding the political dynamics in Aceh currently which are experiencing a decline in Islamic values. Local parties in Aceh have new competitors in the election contestation, namely the Adil Prosperous Party (PAS) Aceh, the PAS Aceh political party which was just formed in 2021. PAS Aceh is the result of recommendations from Ulama during the Aceh Ulama Gathering on November 10 2021 which was held in Lampeuneurut, Banda Aceh. This research aims to find out what factors influence the emergence of local political parties with religious ideologies in Aceh and find out the form of PAS Aceh interaction in building public trust. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method approach with William T Blumh's ideological theory as well as the concept of Islamic political parties and the principles of Islamic political parties. The results of this research show that the emergence of the PAS Aceh party was due to the need to improve the political system in Aceh and open a forum for Dayah alumni, the truth of the Islamic religion which has regulated the way of politics in the Al-Qur'an and its hadiths. , as well as social and cultural difficultiesrestore the role of ulama to that of post-conflict times. It was with these basics that the Adil Sejahtera Aceh party emerged into the political system in Aceh by embracing the ideology of Islamism within the party's foundations. Where the ideology of Islamism is believed to be a correct guide in taking action.PAS Aceh in building public trust takes advantage of their position as ulama and community figures, where it is certain that they are very close to the community, especially the grassroots community. Thus, the conclusion of this research is that the presence of the PAS Aceh party occurred because there was a problem that had to be corrected.
