Abstrak penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh human capital, structural capital, relational capital dan enterprise risk management terhadap kinerja perusahaan studi perusaahan manufaktur di bursa efek indonesia. jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan perolehan data sekunder berupa 79 perusahaan dan jumlah observasi dalam penelitian ini selama 3 tahun dari tahun 2020-2022 adalah 237 data observasi perusahaan .metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan aplikasi spss versi 25. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh secara simultan human capital, structtual capital, relational capital dan enterprise risk management terhadap kinerja perusahaan manufaktur di bursa efek indonesia. 2) human capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan manufaktur di bursa efek indonesia 3) structural capital berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan manufaktur di bursa efek indonesia 4) relational capital berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan manufaktur di bursa efek indonesia 5) enterprise risk management tidak berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan manufaktur di bursa efek indonesia kata kunci: human capital, structural capital, relational capital, enterprise risk management ,kinerja perusahaan

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the influence of human capital, structural capital, relational capital and enterprise risk management on the performance of manufacturing companies studied on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The type of research used is quantitative with secondary data obtained in the form of 79 companies and the number of observations in this research for 3 years from 20202022 is 237 company observation data. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 application. The research results show that 1) There is a simultaneous influence of human capital, structual capital, relational capital and enterprise risk management on the performance of manufacturing companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. 2) Human capital has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Manufacturing Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 3) Structural capital has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Manufacturing Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 4) Relational capital has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Manufacturing Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 5) Enterprise risk management does not have a negative and significant effect on the performance of manufacturing companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange Keywords: Human capital, Structural capital, Relational Capital, Enterprise risk management, company performance
