Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja dan motivasi kerja anggota polri pada satuan brimob polda aceh, pengaruh budaya organisasi transformasional terhadap kinerja dan motivasi anggota polri pada satuan brimob polda aceh, pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap loyalitas, pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas anggota polri, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja anggota polri terhadap loyalitas dan juga mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap loyalitas anggota polri, pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap loyalitas anggota polri pada satuan brimob polda aceh melalui kinerja dan motivasi, pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas melalui kinerja dan motivasi anggota polri pada satuan brimob polda aceh. lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada satuan brimob polda aceh, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 300 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive random sampling. hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja anggota polri dan motivasi kerja, kemudian terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas anggota polri, kemudian terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja instrinsik dan motivasi kerja terhadap loyalitas anggota polri. terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap loyalitas melalui motivasi kerja anggota polri, terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap loyalitas anggota polri melalui motivasi kerja, terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas melalui kinerja anggota polri dan terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas anggota polri melalui motivasi kerja. kata kunci: kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, kinerja personel, motivasi kerja dan loyalitas anggota polri.

This research aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership on the performance and work motivation of Polri members in the Aceh Police Mobile Brigade unit, the influence of transformational organizational culture on the performance and motivation of Polri members in the Aceh Police Mobile Brigade unit, the influence of transformational leadership on loyalty, the influence of organizational culture on the loyalty of Polri members, to find out the influence of the performance of police members on loyalty and also to find out the influence of work motivation on the loyalty of Polri members, the influence of transformational leadership on the loyalty of police members in the Aceh Police Mobile Brigade unit through performance and motivation, the influence of organizational culture on loyalty through the performance and motivation of police members in the Unit Aceh Regional Police Mobile Brigade. The location of this research was carried out at the Aceh Police Mobile Brigade Unit, with a total of 300 respondents, using a purposive random sampling technique. The research results prove that there is an influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on the performance of police members and work motivation, then there is an influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on the loyalty of Polri members, then there is the influence of intrinsic work motivation and work motivation on the loyalty of Polri members. There is the influence of transformational leadership on loyalty through the work motivation of Polri members, there is the influence of transformational leadership on the loyalty of Polri members through work motivation, there is the influence of organizational culture on loyalty through the performance of Polri members and there is the influence of organizational culture on the loyalty of Polri members through work motivation.
