Analisis disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas pemuda olahraga dan pariwisata kota lhokseumawe abstrak (rizal irawan) tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas pemuda olahraga dan pariwisata kota lhokseumawe. populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada dinas pemuda olahraga dan pariwisata kota lhokseumawe. sedangkan metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode slovin, sehingga jumlah sampel ditentukan sebanyak 49 orang. untuk mendapatkan data-data yang dibutuhkan, maka metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu uji korelasi spearman rank dan pengujian hipotesis. berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian mengenai pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas pemuda olahraga dan pariwisata kota lhokseumawe, hal ini dapat dilihat dari analisi korelasi spearman rank maka diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05, dari hasil uji t diperoleh hasil sig 0.000 < 0.05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel disiplin kerja (x) dengan variabel kinerja pegawai (y). kata kunci : disiplin kerja dan kinerja pegawai.

ANALYSIS OF WORK DISCIPLINE ON PERFORMANCE EMPLOYEE AT YOUTH SPORTS SERVICE AND LHOKSEUMAWE CITY TOURISM ABSTRACT (Rizal Irawan) The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of work discipline on employee performance at the Lhokseumawe City Youth, Sports and Tourism Service. The population of this study were all employees at the Lhokseumawe City Youth, Sports and Tourism Department. Meanwhile, the sampling method used was the slovin method, so the sample size was determined as 49 people. To obtain the required data, the data collection method used was a questionnaire. Meanwhile, the analytical method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Simple regression analysis Spearman rank correlation test and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research analysis regarding the influence of work discipline on employee performance at the Lhokseumawe City Youth, Sports and Tourism Service, this can be seen from the Spearman Rank Correlation analysis obtained a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05. From the T test results obtained sig 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the work discipline variable (X) and the permance variable employee (Y).
