Abstrak judul : faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumsi rokok rumah tangga miskin di kota banda aceh nama : mauhira saputri nim : 1701101010065 jurusan/fakultas : ekonomi pembangunan/ekonomi dan bisnis dosen pembimbing : amri s.si.,m.si konsentrasi : ekonomi publik tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumsi rokok rumah tangga miskin di kota banda aceh. teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purpose random sumpling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 140 responden, dan menggunakan kuisioner untuk mengumpulkan data, kuisioner diberikan kepada responden yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel. metode yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear berganda. hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial variabel pendapatan, perilaku perokok, dan lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap konsumsi rokok rumah tangga miskin. variabel harga rokok dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap konsumsi rokok rumah tangga miskin. sedangkan variabel tekanan kejiwaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap konsumsi rokok rumah tangga miskin. diharapkan rumah tangga miskin dapat memperbaiki pola konsumsi rokok dengan tidak menambah konsumsi rokok pada saat pendapatan meningkat sehingga peningkatan pendapatan tersebut dapat digunakan untuk kebutuhan pokok lainnya. kata kunci: pendapatan, harga, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, perilaku perokok, lingkungan, tekanan kejiwaan, konsumsi rokok rumah tangga miskin.

With dependent variables (cigarette consumption) and independent variables (income, cigarette prices, number of dependents, smoking behavior, environment and psychiatric stress). The sampling technique uses the purpose random sumpling technique, with a sample of 140 respondents, and uses a questionnaire to collect data, the questionnaire is given to respondents who meet the criteria as a sample. The method used is the multiple linear regression method. The results showed that partially the variables of income, smoker behavior, and environment had a positive and significant effect on cigarette consumption of poor households. Variable cigarette prices and the number of family dependents have a negative and significant effect on cigarette consumption of poor households. While the variable psychiatric pressure has no effect on cigarette consumption of poor households. With the results of this study, it is expected that the government will increase cigarette prices so that cigarette consumption in poor households decreases. It is hoped that poor households can improve their cigarette consumption patterns by not increasing cigarette consumption when income increases so that the increase in income can be used for other basic needs.
