Prarancangan pabrik organic crystal sugar menggunakan daun stevia sebagai bahan baku. pabrik ini dirancang untuk memproduksi organic crystal sugar melalui proses ekstraksi dan evaporasi. kapasitas produksi pabrik ini adalah 1.500 ton/tahun dengan waktu operasi 330 hari/tahun dan 24 jam/hari. bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah perseroan terbatas (pt) dengan menggunakan metode struktur organisasi garis dan staf. kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 145 orang. pabrik ini direncanakan didirikan kawasan timur enrekang (kte) kabupaten enrekang provinsi sulawesi selatan dengan luas tanah 8.696 m2. sumber air pabrik ini berasal dari sungai mata allo sedangkan listrik diperoleh dari perusahaan listrik negara (pln) dan generator. hasil analisa ekonomi yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut : 1. fixed capital investment (fci) = rp 796.177.376.527,- 2. working capital investment (wci) = rp 140.501.889.975,- 3. total capital investment (tci) = rp 936.679.266.503,- 4. total biaya produksi (tpc) = rp 489.783.908.109,- 5. hasil penjualan (sc) = rp 979.540.982.974,- 6. laba bersih = rp 367.317.806.149,- 7. pay out time (pot) = 3,51 tahun 8. break event point (bep) = 38% 9. internal rate of return (irr) = 34,08% 10. rate of return (ror) = 39% berdasarkan studi kelayakan teknis dan ekonomis diatas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa prarancangan pabrik organic crystal sugar ini layak untuk dilanjutkan ke tahap rancangan.

This preliminary design of organic crystal sugar plant with stevia leaves as raw material. This plant is designed to produce organic crystal sugar using extraction and evaporation process. The production capacity of this plant is 1.500 tons/year with 330 working days/year and 24 hours/day. The planned form of the company is a Limited Liability Company (PT) using the line and staff organizational structure method with 145 total employees. The location of the plant is planned to be established in the East Enrekang (KTE) Enrekang Regency, South Sulawesi Province with a land area size of 8.696 m2. The water sources come from Mata Allow River, while the electricity is obtained from the State Electricity Company (PLN) and generator. The results of the economic analysis obtained are as follows: a. Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 796.177.376.527,- b. Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 140.501.889.975,- c. Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp 936.679.266.503,- d. Total biaya produksi (TPC) = Rp 489.783.908.109,- e. Hasil penjualan (SC) = Rp 979.540.982.974,- f. Laba bersih = Rp 367.317.806.149,- g. Pay Out Time (POT) = 3,51 tahun h. Break Event Point (BEP) = 38% i. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 34,08% j. Rate of Return (ROR) = 39% Based on the technical and economic feasibility studies above, it can be concluded that the preliminary design of the organic crystal sugar plant is feasible to proceed to the design stage.
