Abstrak penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis pengaruh sistem akuntansi manajemen, kualitas bahan baku, dan pengendalian produksi terhadap kualitas produk pada koperasi kopi di aceh tengah. penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah koperasi kopi di aceh tengah yang berjumlah 16 koperasi dan kemudian menggunakan metode sensus dengan mengambil keseluruhan jumlah populasi. responden dalam penelitian ini adalah bagian pengurus koperasi yaitu ketua, sekretaris, bendahara dan karyawan bagian produksi atau gudang pada koperasi kopi di aceh tengah dengan jumlah 160 responden. sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan penyebaran kuesioner. teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi spss 29. hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial, pengaruh sistem akuntansi manajemen, kualitas bahan baku, dan pengendalian produksi berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas produk pada koperasi kopi di aceh tengah kata kunci: sistem akuntansi manajemen, kualitas bahan baku, pengendalian produksi, kualitas produk

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Management Accounting Systems, Raw Material Quality, and Production Control on Product Quality in coffee cooperatives in Central Aceh. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach The population in this study were coffee cooperatives in Central Aceh, totaling 16 cooperatives and then using the census method by taking the entire population. The respondents in this study were part of the cooperative management, namely the chairman, secretary, treasurer and production or warehouse employees at the coffee cooperative in Central Aceh with a total of 160 respondents. The data source in this research is primary data by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 29 application. The results of the research show that simultaneously and partially, the influence of the Management Accounting System, Raw Material Quality and Production Control has a positive effect on Product Quality in coffee cooperatives in Central Aceh.
