Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi, kompetensi pegawai dan pengendalian internal terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi pada apotek di kota banda aceh. jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diukur menggunakan skala likert. metode penelitian menggunakan metode sensus atau meneliti seluruh populasi yang terdiri dari 41 apotek dengan menggunakan sistem akuntansi terkomputerisasi. metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi spss 25. hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) pemanfaatan teknologi, kompetensi pegawai dan pengendalian internal secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi pada apotek di banda aceh; (2) pemanfaatan teknologi, kompetensi pegawai dan pengendalian internal berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi pada apotek di banda aceh. kata kunci: pemanfaatan teknologi, kompetensi pegawai, pengendalian internal dan efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi

This study aims to determine the effect of technology utilization, employee competencies and internal control on the effectiveness of accounting information system in pharmacies in Banda Aceh. This type of research is quantitative using primary data obtained by questionnaires measured using a likert scale. The research method uses the census method or the entire population, which consists of 41 pharmacies that using computerized accounting system. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 25 application. The results of the study show (1) technology utilization, employee competencies and internal control have simultaneously affect the effectiveness of accounting information system in pharmacies in Banda Aceh; (2) technology utilization, employee competencies and internal control have partially affect the effectiveness of accounting information system in pharmacies in Banda Aceh.
