Mahasiswa mampu menghadapi tantangan akademik dengan tetap bertahan menempuh jenjang pendidikan di perkuliahan meskipun memiliki banyak tuntutan dalam bidang akademik. salah satu faktor ketahanan akademik yang dimiliki mahasiswa berasal dari dalam dirinya (faktor internal), yaitu mindfulness. mindfulness adalah keadaan penuh perhatian dan sadar terhadap kejadian yang sedang dihadapi. mindfulness dapat membantu individu fokus pada proses dan tujuan hidup, serta mampu mengontrol pikiran agar tidak bereaksi secara berlebihan terhadap kondisi yang tidak menyenangkan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan mindfulness dengan resiliensi akademik pada mahasiswa universitas syiah kuala. sebanyak 330 mahasiswa universitas syiah kuala dipilih dengan menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan teknik disproportionate stratified random sampling. mindful attention awareness scale (maas) dan the academic resilience scale (ars-30) digunakan sebagai instrumen untuk pengumpulan data penelitian. hasil analisis uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (p)=0,000 (p



Abstract

College students are able to face academic challenges by continuing to pursue their education at college even though they have many demands in the academic field. One of the academic resilience factor that students have comes from within themselves (internal factors), it is mindfulness. Mindfulnes is a state of being fully attentive and aware of the events in the present moment. Mindfulness can help a person focus on life processes and goals, and be able to control the mind so as not to overreact to unpleasant conditions. This study aims to determine the relationship between mindfulness and academic resilience in student of Syiah Kuala University. A total of 330 student of Syiah Kuala University were selected using the probability sampling method with the disproportionate stratified random sampling technique. Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS) and the Academic Resilience Scale (ARS-30) were used as instruments for collecting research data.
