Prarancangan pabrik triple superphosphate (tsp) ini menggunakan bahan batuan fosfat dan asam fosfat. kapasitas produksi adalah sebesar 370.000 ton/tahun dengan waktu operasi 330 hari/tahun dan 24 jam/hari. bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah perseroan terbatas (pt) dengan menggunakan metode struktur organisasi garis dan staf. kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 179 orang. lokasi pabrik direncanakan didirikan di daerah kecamatan juwana, kabupaten pati, jawa tengah. sumber air untuk kebutuhan pabrik ini berasal dari kali juwana dan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik sebesar 0,648 mw disuplai dari unit utilitas. hasil analisa ekonomi prarancangan pabrik tsp dengan kapasitas 370.000 ton/tahun diperoleh sebagai berikut : 1.fixed capital investment (fci) rp 119.507.668.231 2.working capital investment (wci) rp 22.407.687.793 3.total capital investment (tci) rp 149.384.585.289 4.total biaya produksi (tpc) rp 130.051.351.752 5.hasil penjualan (sc) rp 219.472.313.507 6.laba bersih rp 67.065.721.316 7.pay of time (pot) 2,8 tahun 8.break event point (bep) 31% 9.internal rate of return (irr) 32,64% 10.rate of return (ror) 45%

Abstract
The predesign of this triple superphosphate (TSP) plant uses phosphate rock and phosphoric acid. Production capacity is 370,000 tons / year with an operating time of 330 days / year and 24 hours / day. The planned company form is a Limited Liability Company (PT) using the organizational structure method of lines and staff. The need for manpower to run this company amounts to 179 people. The factory location is planned to be established in Juwana District, Pati Regency, Central Java. The water source for the needs of this plant comes from the Juwana river and to meet the electricity needs of 0.648 MW is supplied from utility units.
