Ikan bandeng (chanos chanos ) merupakan salah satu jenis ikan air payau yang bernilai ekonomis tinggi. produksi dari hasil budidaya bandeng (chanos-chanos) sebagai salah satu komoditas unggulan di indonesia sangat penting untuk dikembangkan dalam rangka menjamin ketahanan dan keamanan pangan dari gizi ikan. tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh bakteri probiotik streptococcus thermophilus dan bacillus coagulans terhadap usus dan lambung serta profil darah pada ikan bandeng ikan bandeng (chanos chanos). metode percobaan rancangan acak lengkap (ral) dengan metode enam perlakuan dan tiga kali ulangan dengan penambahan probiotik sehingga diperoleh 18 unit percobaan yakni, pa (tanpa penambahan probiotik), pb (streptococcus thermophilus 100%), pb ( bacillus coagulans 100%), pc (streptococcus thermophilus 50% dan bacillus coagulans 50%), pd (streptococcus thermophilus 75% dan bacillus coagulans 25%), pe (streptococcus thermophilus 25% dan bacillus coagulans 75%).hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh nyata antar perlakuan seperti tinggi vili usus dan lambung, lebar vili atas dan bawah usus,eritrosit, leukosit, hemoglobin, hematokrit dan pertumbuhan ikan bandeng. ). pada penelitian ini menunjukan pengaruh nyata pada tiap perlakuan , diketahui perlakuan terbaik pada perlakuan c (bakteri probiotik bacillus coagulans 100%) . tinggi vili usus ikan bandeng diperoleh 304,58±11,30 µm, vili lambung 350,51±14,07 µm, lebar vili usus atas 91,36±2,77 µm, lebar vili usus bawah 78,67±2,21µm, eritrosit 2,47±2,47 x106 sel/mm3, leukosit 36,70±1,47 x103 sel/mm3, hematokrit 16,00±2,00%, hemoglobin 4,30±0,10 g/dl.



Abstract

Milkfish (Chanos chanos) is one type of brackish water fish with high economic value. Production of milkfish (Chanos chanos) as one of the leading commodities in Indonesia is very important to be developed in order to ensure food security and safety from fish nutrition. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of probiotic bacteria Streptococcus thermophilus and Bacillus coagulans on intestinal and gastric and blood profiles in milkfish (Chanos chanos). The experimental method was a completely randomized design (CRD) with six treatments and three replications with the addition of probiotics so that 18 experimental units were obtained, namely, PA (without the addition of probiotics), PB (Streptococcus thermophilus 100%), PB (Bacillus coagulans 100%), PC (Streptococcus thermophilus 50% and Bacillus coagulans 50%), PD (Streptococcus thermophilus 75% and Bacillus coagulans 25%), PE (Streptococcus thermophilus 25% and Bacillus coagulans 75%). The results showed a significant effect between treatments such as intestinal and gastric villi height, upper and lower intestinal villi width, erythrocytes, leukocytes, hemoglobin, hematocrit and milkfish growth). In this study showed a real effect on each treatment, it was known that the best treatment was treatment C (probiotic bacteria Bacillus coagulans 100%). Milkfish intestinal villi height was obtained 304.58 ± 11.30 µm, gastric villi 350.51 ± 14.07 µm, upper intestinal villi width 91.36 ± 2.77 µm, lower intestinal villi width 78.67 ± 2.21µm, erythrocytes 2.47 ± 2.47 x106 cells/mm3, leukocytes 36.70 ± 1.47 x103 cells/mm3, hematocrit 16.00 ± 2.00%, hemoglobin 4.30 ± 0.10 g/dl.
