Abstrak - karies gigi menjadi salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang umum dialami oleh penduduk dunia. inspeksi pengalaman karies gigi saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual oleh dokter gigi. perkembangan teknologi digital saat ini mendorong tenaga kesehatan terutama dokter gigi mengharapkan hadirnya suatu aplikasi pencatatan pengalaman karies gigi. aplikasi yang dapat memindai serta mencatat pengalaman karies gigi yang bekerja secara otomatis sehingga menjadikan pekerjaan dokter gigi lebih efisien dan efektif. oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan solusi berupa aplikasi berbasis android yang dapat mengklasifikasi serta mencatat pengalaman karies gigi decay, missing, filling (dmf) secara otomatis. perancangan aplikasi dilakukan dengan metode perancangan human centered design. pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan metode agile software development dan pengembangan aplikasi berbasis android menggunakan framework flutter. pengujian fungsionalitas aplikasi dilakukan dengan pengujian black box testing menggunakan metode equivalence partitions dengan menghasilkan semua kasus uji berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. pengujian usability dilakukan menggunakan metode system usability scale (sus) dengan 5 skala likert yang diuji kepada 12 dokter gigi dan mendapatkan skor 74 (grade b). hasil kedua pengujian tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa aplikasi sudah dapat berjalan dengan baik, namun perlu riset dan pengembangan lebih lanjut untuk ke depannya. kata kunci: aplikasi pemindai, pengalaman karies gigi, human centered design, agile software development, android, flutter, black box testing, system usability scale

Abstract - Dental caries is one of the non-communicable diseases commonly experienced by the world's population. Dental caries experience inspections are currently still carried out manually by dentists. The current development of digital technology encourages health workers, especially dentists, to expect the presence of an application for recording dental caries experiences. The application that can scan and record dental caries experiences works automatically, making the dentist's work more efficient and effective. Therefore, this research provides a solution in the form of an Android-based application that can classify and record Decay, Missing, and Filling (DMF) dental caries experiences automatically. Application design is carried out using the human-centered design method. Application development uses the Agile Software Development method, and Android-based application development uses the Flutter framework. Application functionality testing is carried out using black box testing using the Equivalence Partitions method, resulting in all test cases running as expected. Usability testing was carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method with five Likert scales, which were tested on 12 dentists and obtained a score of 74 (Grade B). The results of these two tests concluded that the application was running well but needed further research and development in the future.
