Peran kompetensi guru dalam memediasi pengaruh workshop dan supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru sma di provinsi aceh * irma rahayu, amri, ridwan magister manajemen, universitas syiah kuala, indonesia *corresponding author: rahayuirma609@gmail.com abstrak penelitian menguji pengaruh workshop serta supervisi akademik terhadap kompetensi guru serta implikasinya terhadap kinerja guru pada sma negeri di provinsi aceh. studi ini memiliki jumlah populasi dan sampel yang sama, yaitu 233 dikarnakan mengguanakn teknik proportionate stratified random sampling dan dianalisis via sem amos. hasil riset membuktikan bahwa workshop, supervisi akademik, kompetensi guru, dan kinerja guru telah berjalan dengan baik; workshop dan supervisi akadmik signifikan pengaruhi serta berfungsi positif pada kenaikan kompetensi guru serta kinerja para guru; serta kompetensi guru mempengaruhi positif serta signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. kompetensi guru signifikan serta berfungsi positif dalam memediasi kedudukan workshop serta keterikatan karyawan, serta pengaruh mediasinya bernilai parsial. kata kunci: workshop, supervisi akademik, kompetensi guru, kinerja guru.



Abstract

THE ROLE OF TEACHER COMPETENCY IN MEDIATING THE INFLUENCE OF WORKSHOP AND ACADEMIC SUPERVISION ON STATE HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER PERFORMANCE IN ACEH PROVINCE * Irma Rahayu, Amri, Ridwan Master of Management, Syiah Kuala University, Indonesia *Corresponding Author: rahayuirma609@gmail.com Abstract Research examines the effect of workshops and academic supervision on teacher competency as well as the implications for teacher performance at State High Schools in Aceh Province. This study has the same population and sample size, namely 233 because it uses the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. and analyzed via SEM AMOS. Research results prove that workshops, academic supervision, teacher competence, and teacher performance has gone well; workshops and academic supervision significantly influence and function positively in increasing teacher competency as well as the performance of teachers; as well as teacher competence has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. Teacher competency is significant and has a positive function in mediating workshop status and employee engagement, and its mediating influence is partial.
