Pemantauan paparan radiasi sangatlah penting dilakukan sesuai dengan perka bapeten no. 8 tahun 2011 guna untuk mencegah paparan radiasi yang berlebihan pada pekerja dan masyarakat sekitar. pemantauan radiasi dilakukan dengan cara mengukur paparan radiasi dan membandingkan hasil paparan dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh bapeten. penelitian ini mengenai pemantauan paparan radiasi di instalasi radiologi rumah sakit meuraxa banda aceh pada pesawat sinar-x rontgen merk mindray 2017. tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui paparan radiasi yang diterima pekerja dan masyarakat sekitar ruangan. disamping itu melalui penelitian ini juga memvisualkan peta sebaran radiasi serta menghitung nilai efektivitas proteksi. alat ukur radiasi yang digunakan adalah multimeter x- ray safe x2 dan menggunakan fantom sebagai objek penyinaran. pengukuran paparan radiasi yang diterima oleh pekerja dan masyarakat diambil di ruang operator, tempat pelayanan, ruang tunggu dan kamar ganti. pengukuran pola sebaran paparan radiasi dilakukan pada tiap sudut 45° membentuk suatu lingkaran pada jarak 0,5 meter, 1 meter, dan 1,5 meter dari pesawat sinar-x. sedangkan untuk pengukuran efektivitas proteksi radiasi diambil di dinding, kaca pb dan pintu. hasil pengukuran menunjukkan baik di ruang operator, ruang tunggu, ditempat pelayanan serta ruang ganti aman dari paparan radiasi. nilai efektivitas proteksi radiasi dinding, kaca pb dan pintu sangat baik yaitu 100%. nilai paparan radiasi tetinggi berada pada titik pusat sumber sinar-x yaitu sebesar 1,8491 msv. menurut uji normalitas ryan joiner, paparan radiasi menyebar secara normal seimbang di dalam ruang pesawat sinar-x. kata kunci : pesawat sinar-x, dosis paparan radiasi, multimeter x-ray safe



Abstract

Monitoring radiation exposure is very important in accordance with BAPETEN Perka No. 8 of 2011 to prevent excessive radiation exposure to workers and the surrounding community. Radiation monitoring is carried out by measuring radiation exposure and comparing the results of exposure with standards set by BAPETEN. This research concerns monitoring radiation exposure in the radiology installation at Meuraxa Hospital Banda Aceh on the Mindray 2017 X-ray aircraft. The main aim of this research is to determine the radiation exposure received by workers and the community around the room. Besides that, this research also visualizes the radiation distribution map and calculates the protection effectiveness value. The radiation measuring instrument used is the X-Ray Safe X2 Multimeter and uses a phantom as the illumination object. Measurements of radiation exposure received by workers and the public were taken in operator rooms, service areas, waiting rooms and changing rooms. Measurements of the distribution pattern of radiation exposure were carried out at every 45° angle to form a circle at a distance of 0.5 meters, 1 meter and 1.5 meters from the X-ray aircraft. Meanwhile, measurements of the effectiveness of radiation protection were taken on walls, Pb glass and doors. The measurement results show that both the operator's room, waiting room, service area and changing room are safe from radiation exposure. The effectiveness value of radiation protection for walls, Pb glass and doors is very good, namely 100%. The highest radiation exposure valueis at the center of the X-ray source, namely 1.8491 mSv. According to Ryan Joiner's normality test, diffuse radiation exposure is normally balanced in the X- ray space. Keywords: X-ray aircraft, radiation exposure dose, Multimeter X-Ray Safe X2
