Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengaruh penggunaan video klip pendek terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan berbicara siswa yang menggunakan video klip pendek dan tanpa menggunakan video klip pendek. sampel penelitian ini adalah 32 siswa. dalam pemilihan sampel, peneliti menggunakan purposive sampling. data dikumpulkan melalui pre-test dan post-test sebagai instrumen. data dianalisis dengan menggunakan wilcoxon signed ranks' test untuk mengetahui sebaran data tidak normal. asim. tanda tangan. (2-tailed) =0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 yang berarti hipotesis nol (ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (ha) diterima. hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pengajaran bahasa inggris dengan menggunakan video klip pendek dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa. kata kunci: efl, studi eksperimental, video klip pendek, keterampilan berbicara

Abstract
This research focused on the effect of using short clip videos on students’ speaking skills. This research aims to find out whether the significance effect between students' speaking ability using short clip videos and without using short clip videos. The sample of this study was 32 students. In selecting the sample, the researcher used purposive sampling. The data were collected from pre-test and post-test as the instrument. The data were analyzed by using Wilcoxon Signed Ranks' Test for abnormal data distribution. The Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) =0.000 was smaller than 0.05, which means the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.
