Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh herding behavior, media, interaksi sosial dan advocate recommendation terhadap keputusan investasi investor saham di banda aceh dengan memasukkan sentimen investor sebagai variabel mediasi. sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 125 responden yang aktif berinvestasi saham. data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan software spss 22. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa herding behavior, media, interaksi sosial dan advocate recommendation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sentimen investor. di antara semua faktor, media memiliki pengaruh paling rendah terhadap sentimen investor. penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa sentimen investor memiliki dampak positif terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi. kata kunci: keputusan investasi, sentimen investor, herding behavior, media, interaksi sosial, advocate recommendation



Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of herding behavior, media, social interaction and advocate recommendation on stock investor's investment decision making in Banda Aceh with sentimen investor as intervening variable. Sample which is used for this research were 125 respondents who are actively investing on stock. Data was collected by using questionnaires. This research used multiple regression analysis techniques with SPSS 22 software. The study shows that herding behavior, media, social interaction and advocate recommendation significantly influence the investor sentiment. Among all the factors, media has the lowest influence on investor sentiment. The study also reveals that investor sentiment has a positive impact on investment decision-making.
