Tumor intrakranial adalah tumbuhnya massa abnormal di dalam kranium yang bersumber dari otak atau struktur lain seperti meningen atau saraf kranialis. tumor intrakranial memerlukan modalitas pencitraan dalam menegakkan diagnosis. pada pemeriksaan imaging, gambaran radiologi tumor intrakranial yang dapat ditemukan meliputi edema perifocal, midline shift, non communicating hydrocephalus, intracranial hemorrhage, calcification, ring enhancement, communicating hydrocephalus, intratumoral hemorrhage, meningeal enhancement, dan hyperostosis. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil imaging tumor intrakranial di rsud dr. zainoel abidin banda aceh. jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif retrospektif dengan metode cross sectional. teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien tumor intrakranial di rsud dr. zainoel abidin banda aceh yang tercatat pada tahun 2022. data yang diambil meliputi data demografi dan hasil pemeriksaan imaging, lalu disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi. hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat 104 subjek dengan usia terbanyak pada 46-55 tahun (25%), mayoritas perempuan (64,4%), dan berasal dari banda aceh (14%). jenis pencitraan terbanyak digunakan adalah ct-scan kontras (38,5%), jenis tumor terbanyak adalah primer (88,5%), lokasi tersering adalah di supratentorial (74%), jumlah lesi terbanyak yaitu soliter (83,7%), gambaran radiologi yang paling banyak ditemukan yaitu edema perifocal (66,3%), dan gambaran radiologi paling sedikit yaitu communicating hydrocephalus (1,9%) dan meningeal enhancement (1,9%).

Abstract
Intracranial tumors are abnormal mass growths within the cranium originating from the brain or other structures such as the meninges or cranial nerves. Intracranial tumors require imaging modalities in establishing the diagnosis. On imaging examination, radiological features of intracranial tumors that can be found include perifocal edema, midline shift, non-communicating hydrocephalus, intracranial hemorrhage, calcification, ring enhancement, communicating hydrocephalus, intratumoral hemorrhage, meningeal enhancement, and hyperostosis. This study aims to determine the imaging profile of intracranial tumors at RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. This type of research is a retrospective descriptive study with a cross sectional method. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling. The sample of this study were all intracranial tumor patients at RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh which will be recorded in 2022. The data collected includes demographic data and imaging examination results, then presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. The results showed that there were 104 subjects with the most age at 46-55 years (25%), the majority were women (64.4%), and came from Banda Aceh (14%). The most used type of imaging was CT-Scan Contrast (38.5%), the most common type of tumor was primary (88.5%), the most common location was supratentorial (74%), the highest number of lesions was solitary (83.7%), The most common radiological picture was perifocal edema (66.3%), and the least radiological picture was communicating hydrocephalus (1.9%) and meningeal enhancement (1.9%).
