H dan pertumbuhan belanja terhadap budget forecast error serta bagaimana peran ukuran legislatif dalam memoderasi hubungan pertumbuhan pendapatan asli daerah dan pertumbuhan belanja terhadap budget forecast error. penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus yaitu menggunakan seluruh populasi yakni 23 kabupaten/kota di provinsi aceh pada tahun 2018-2022. penelitian ini menggunakan analisis structural equation model-partial least square (sempls) dengan warppls versi 7.0. hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pertumbuhan pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap budget forecast error, sedangkan pertumbuhan belanja berpengaruh negatif terhadap budget forecast error. selanjutnya, ukuran legislatif memoderasi hubungan pertumbuhan pendapatan asli daerah dan pertumbuhan belanja terhadap budget forecast error. kontribusi penelitian ini terhadap kebijakan pemerintah daerah ditujukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah serta mengambil keputusan secara proporsional dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan anggaran.

The research objective is to examine the influence of local revenue growth and expenditure growth on the budget forecast error and how the legislature size moderates the relationship between local revenue growth, expenditure growth, and the budget forecast error. This study uses a census method, which includes all 23 districts and cities in Aceh Province from 2018 to 2022. The research employs Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) analysis using WarpPLS version 7.0. The results of the study show that local revenue growth has a positive effect on the budget forecast error, while expenditure growth has a negative effect on the budget forecast error. Furthermore, the legislature size moderates the relationship between local revenue growth, expenditure growth, and the budget forecast error. The contribution of this research to local government policy aims to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency in planning and implementing local revenue and expenditure budgets and making proportional decisions in budget planning and implementation.
