Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja yang di mediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pada pengemudi gojek beroperasi di kota banda aceh. dalam penelitian ini populasi adalah seluruh pengemudi gojek yang beroperasi di kota banda aceh yang berjumlah 252 orang. karena seluruh anggota populasi diambil sebagai responden maka metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus. analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis jalur. hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja, kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pada pengemudi gojek di kota banda aceh. kata kunci: kinerja karyawan, kompensasi, motivasi, kepuasan kerja

Abstract
This research aims to examine the effect of compensation and motivation on performance which is mediated by job satisfaction in Gojek drivers operating in Banda Aceh City. In this study, the population was all Gojek drivers operating in Banda Aceh City, totaling 252 people. Because all members of the population were taken as respondents, the method used in this research was the census method. Data analysis in this research uses the path analysis method. The research results show that compensation has a significant effect on performance, motivation has a significant effect on performance, compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance, job satisfaction mediates the effect of compensation on performance, job satisfaction mediates the effect of motivation on performance of Gojek Drivers in Banda Aceh City.
