Abstrak suci trimafika (2023). struktur kepribadian tokoh pada novel kura-kura berjanggut karya azhari aiyub (kajian psikoanalisis sigmeund freud) penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur kepribadian tokoh dalam novel kura-kura berjanggut menurut kajian psikoanalisis sigmeund freud serta untuk membandingkan struktur kepribadian tokoh dalam novel kura-kura berjanggut dan struktur kepribadian rakyat aceh dalam referensi non-sastra. jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. data dalam penelitian ini adalah kata atau kalimat yang mengandung struktur kepribadian. sementara itu, sumber data yaitu novel kura-kura berjanggut karya azhari aiyub. teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik dokumentasi. analisis data menggunakan metode hermeneutik dengan pendekatan psikoanalisis dan new historicsm. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada diri tokoh dalam novel kura-kura berjanggut terdapat struktur kepribadian id, ego, dan superego sebagai proses pembentukan kepribadian tokoh. hal tersebut ditemukan pula pada tokoh tokoh yang mewakili rakyat aceh seperti tokoh pemimpin, pejuang, ulama, dan rakyat. stuktur kepribadian rakyat aceh dalam novel kura-kura berjanggut sesuai dengan referensi non-sastra. struktur kepribadian tokoh-tokoh aceh secara umum terbentuk dari keinginan untuk melawan penjajahan sebagai id, melakukan perlawanan dengan berbagai cara secara bersungguh-sungguh sebagai ego, dan meyakini aturan-aturan tentang surga dan neraka dalam islam sebagai superego. dengan demikian diketahui bahwa novel kura-kura berjanggut karya azhari aiyub sarat dengan fakta struktur kepribadian rakyat aceh. kata kunci: struktur kepribadian, psikoanalisis, new historicism

ABSTRACT Suci Trimafika (2023). The Personality Structure of Characters in the Novel Kurakura Berjanggut by Azhari Aiyub (Study of Sigmeund Freud's Psychoanalysis) This study aims to determine the personality structure of the characters in the novel Kura-kura Berjanggut according to Sigmeund Freud's psychoanalytic study and to compare the personality structures of the characters in the Kura-kura Berjanggut novel and the personality structures of the people of Aceh in non-literary references. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data in this study are words or sentences that contain personality structures. Meanwhile, the data source is the novel Kura-kura Berjanggut by Azhari Aiyub. The data collection technique used is the documentation technique. Data analysis used a hermeneutic method with a psychoanalytic approach and new historicism. The results of the research show that the characters in the Kura-kura Berjanggut novel have id, ego, and superego as the process of forming the character's personality. This was also found in figures representing the people of Aceh such as leaders, warriors, clerics, and the general people. The results of this study are in accordance with the personality structure of the Acehnese people in non-literary references. The personality structure of Acehnese figures is generally formed from the desire to fight colonialism as an id, to fight in various ways seriously as an ego, and to believe in the rules regarding heaven and hell in Islam as a superego. Thus it is known that the novel Bearded Turtle by Azhari Aiyub is full of facts about personality structure of the Acehnese people. Keywords: personality structure, psychoanalysis, new historicism
