Abstrak penelitin ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat efisiensi dan efektivitas kinerja pemerintah kabupaten aceh barat dalam merealisasikan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah. jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah laporan akuntabilitas kinerja instansi pemerintah (lkjip) kabupaten aceh barat. sampel penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah tahun 2017-2022. hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa tingkat efektivitas pendapatan pemerintah kabupaten aceh barat belum mencapai semua target, hal ini disebabkan pada tahun 2017-2019 belum mencapai kategori sangat efektif. tingkat efisien pemerintah kabupaten aceh barat sudah dianggap mampu menghemat anggaran belanja, hal ini terlihat dari tidak adanya angka yang melebihi anggaran belanja. kata kunci: realisasi anggaran pendapatan, belanja daerah, efisiensi dan efektivitas

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the West Aceh Regency Government in realizing the Regional Reveneu and Expenditure Budget. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population and sample of this study are the government Agency Performance Accountability Report (LKJIP) of the West Aceh Regency and the sample is the local government Financial Report 2017-2022. The results of this study can be explained that the level of revenue effectiveness of the West Aceh Regency Government has not reached all targets, this is because in the very effevtive category the efficient level of the West Aceh Regency Government is considered capable of saving the expenditure budget, this can be seen from the absence of numbers that exceed the expenditure budget.
