Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh suasana toko dan kualitas layanan terhadap niat beli ulang yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pelanggan thematic cafe di kota banda aceh. sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pelanggan thematic cafe di kota banda aceh yang berjumlah 208 responden. peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. teknik pengampilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. structural equation modelling (sem) digunakan sebagai metode analasis untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel-variabel yang terlibat. berdasarkan hasil analisis sem mengidentifikasi bahwa suasana toko berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan thematic cafe di kota banda aceh, kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan thematic cafe di kota banda aceh, suasana toko berpengaruh terhadap niat beli ulang thematic cafe di kota banda aceh, kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap niat beli ulang thematic cafe di kota banda aceh, kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap niat beli ulang thematic cafe di kota banda aceh, kepuasan pelanggan memediasi secara partially mediating pengaruh suasana toko terhadap niat beli ulang thematic cafe di kota banda aceh, kepuasan pelanggan memediasi secara partially mediating pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap niat beli ulang thematic cafe di kota banda aceh. kata kunci: suasana toko, kualitas layanan, kepuasan pelanggan, niat beli ulang, structural equation modelling



Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of Store Atmosphere and Service Quality on Repurchase Intentions mediated by Customer Satisfaction at Thematic Cafes in Banda Aceh City. The sample used in this study was Thematic Cafe Customers in Banda Aceh City, totaling 208 respondents. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. Based on the results of SEM analysis, it is known that store atmosphere has an effect on customer satisfaction in thematic cafes in Banda Aceh city, service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction in thematic cafes in Banda Aceh city, store atmosphere has an effect on repurchase intention on thematic cafes in Banda Aceh city, service quality has an effect on Repurchase Intentions for Thematic Cafes in Banda Aceh City, Customer Satisfaction influences Repurchase Intentions for Thematic Cafes in Banda Aceh City, Customer Satisfaction mediates partially partial Effect of Service Quality on Repurchase Intentions of Thematic Cafes in Banda Aceh City.
