Abstrak ilham maulana (2023). pengaruh infrastruktur pariwisata terhadap penggunaan tenaga kerja lokal di pantai momong kecamatan lhoknga aceh besar penelitian berjudul “pengaruh infrastruktur pariwisata terhadap penggunaan tenaga kerja lokal di pantai momong kecamatan lhoknga aceh besar” bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh infrastruktur pariwisata terhadap penggunaan tenaga kerja lokal di pantai momong kecamatan lhoknga aceh besar. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga kerja lokal pantai momong di kecamatan lhoknga aceh besar dengan jumlah total 40 tenaga kerja lokal. teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sensus sampling, sedangkan teknik dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dan penelitian lapangan (field research). teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear dan uji t. berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh hasil y = 20,522 + 0,529 x. adapun koefisien regresi x sebesar 0,259 menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan nilai infrastruktur pariwisata, maka nilai penggunaan tenaga kerja lokal bertambah sebesar 20,522. maka koefisien tersebut bernilai positif, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa arah hubungan variabel x terhadap variabel y adalah positif. selanjutnya uji t pada taraf signifikan 5% hipotesis ha diterima, dibuktikan dari nilai t hitung = 4,108 > t tabel = 2,024. koefisien determinasi (r square) sebesar 0,308 atau sama dengan 30,8% mengandung arti bahwa variabel infrastruktur pariwisata dan variabel penggunaan tenaga kerja lokal secara kriteria dinyatakan berpengaruh sebesar 30,8%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu 0,692 atau 69,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. berdasarkan hasil analisis maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel infrastruktur pariwisata berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan tenaga kerja lokal di pantai momong kecamatan lhoknga aceh besar. kata kunci: infrastruktur pariwisata, penggunaan tenaga kerja, tenaga kerja lokal.

The Effect of Tourism Infrastructure on the Use of Local Labor in Momong Beach, Lhoknga District, Aceh Besar The study entitled "The Influence of Tourism Infrastructure on the Use of Local Labor in Momong Beach, Lhoknga District, Aceh Besar" aims to determine the effect of tourism infrastructure on the use of local labor in Momong Beach, Lhoknga District, Aceh Besar. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type. The population in this study were local workers at Momong Beach in Lhoknga District, Aceh Besar with a total of 40 local workers. The sampling technique in this research is census sampling, while the data collection technique uses library research and field research. The data analysis technique used is linear regression analysis and t test. Based on the results of the regression test, the result obtained is Y = 20.522 + 0.529 So the coefficient is positive, so it can be said that the direction of the relationship between variable X and variable Y is positive. Next, the t test at a significance level of 5%, the Ha hypothesis is accepted, as evidenced by the calculated t value = 4.108 > t table = 2.024. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.308 or equal to 30.8% means that the tourism infrastructure variable and the variable use of local labor according to criteria are declared to have an influence of 30.8%, while the remaining 0.692 or 69.2% is influenced by other variables. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that this research shows that tourism infrastructure variables influence the use of local labor at Momong Beach, Lhoknga District, Aceh Besar.
