Provinsi aceh terdiri dari beberapa kabupaten salah satunya adalah kabupaten aceh selatan. potensi sumberdaya kelautan dan perikanan yang cukup besar terutama potensi perikanan tangkap karena wilayah aceh selatan memiliki batas alam samudra indonesia. potensi jenis ikan yang paling tinggi adalah jenis ikan tongkol, cakalang, dan lainnya. tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha perikanan pukat cincin (purse seine) yang dijalankan oleh nelayan di ppp labuhan haji, kabupaten aceh selatan. penelitian ini dilakukan pada 12 april sampai 12 mei 2023 di pelabuhan perikanan pantai (ppp) labuhan haji, aceh selatan. metode pengumpulan data menggunakan beberapa metode diantaranya adalah metode survey, metode wawancara, dan metode studi pustaka. analisa data menggunakan analisis finansial meliputi net present value (npv), internal rate of return (irr), net b/c (benefit cost ratio). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari ke-6 sampel kapal yang diambil yaitu km shinda, km bintang rezeki, km imelda, km putra jaya baru, km siebuah hati, dan km cahaya permata mengalami keuntungan atau usaha layak dilanjutkan. berdasarkan analisis nilai npv yang diperoleh oleh ke-6 sampel kapal yang diteliti bernilai rata-rata lebih dari 0 dengan discount factor 5,75% yang berarti menguntungkan yaitu km shinda 2.837.263.453, km bintang rezeki 1.091.796.885, km imelda 2.171.850.667, km putra jaya baru 1.036.221.970, km siebuah hati 1.849.603.604, km cahaya permata 2.010.634.150. nilai irr yang diperoleh oleh ke 6 sampel kapal yang diteliti bernilai rata-rata melebihi nilai discount factor yang berarti menguntungkan yaitu km shinda 26%, km bintang rezeki 36,4%, km imelda 40%, km putra jaya baru 24%, km siebuah hati 36%, km cahaya permata 43%. nilai net b/c yang diperoleh oleh ke 6 sampel kapal yang diteliti bernilai rata-rata lebih dari 1 yang berarti menguntungkan atau layak dilanjutkan yaitu km shinda 1,0, km bintang rezeki 1,4, km imelda 1,5, km putra jaya baru 1,1, km siebuah hati 1,4, km cahaya permata 1,6. kata kunci: analisis finansial, pukat cincin, kabupaten aceh selatan, net present value (npv), internal rate of return (irr), net b/c (benefit cost ratio).

Aceh Province consists of several districts, one of which is South Aceh District. The potential for marine and fishery resources is quite large, especially the potential for capture fisheries because the South Aceh region has natural boundaries of the Indonesian Ocean. The highest potential types of fish are tuna, skipjack, and others. The aim of the study was to determine the feasibility of the purse seine fishing business run by fishermen at PPP Labuhan Haji, South Aceh District. This research was conducted from 12 April to 12 May 2023 at the Labuhan Haji Coastal Fishing Port (PPP), South Aceh. The data collection method uses several methods including survey methods, interview methods, and literature study methods. Data analysis using Financial Analysis includes Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net B/C (Benefit Cost Ratio). The results showed that of the 6 ship samples taken, namely KM Shinda, KM Bintang Rezeki, KM Imelda, KM Putra Jaya Baru, KM Siebuh Hati, and KM Cahaya Permata, experienced profits or the business was worth continuing. Based on the analysis of the NPV values obtained by the 6 sample ships studied, the average value is more than 0 with a discount factor of 5.75% which means it is profitable, namely KM Shinda 2,837,263,453, KM Bintang Rezeki 1,091,796,885, KM Imelda 2,171,850,667 , KM Putra Jaya Baru 1,036,221,970, KM Siebuh Hati 1,849,603,604, KM Cahaya Permata 2,010,634,150. The IRR value obtained by the 6 sample ships studied has an average value that exceeds the value of the discount factor which means it is profitable, namely KM Shinda 26%, KM Bintang Rezeki 36.4%, KM Imelda 40%, KM Putra Jaya Baru 24%, KM Siebuh Heart 36%, KM Cahaya Permata 43%. The Net B/C value obtained by the 6 sample ships studied has an average value of more than 1 which means it is profitable or feasible to continue, namely KM Shinda 1.0, KM Bintang Rezeki 1.4, KM Imelda 1.5, KM Putra Jaya Just 1.1, KM Siebuh Hati 1.4, KM Cahaya Permata 1.6.
