Penelitian yang berjudul “perbandingan hasil belajar mata pelajaran ips pada siswa boarding school dan non boarding school kelas (viii) di smpit al-fityan school aceh” ini bertujuan mengetahui perbandingan hasil belajar ips pada siswa boarding school dan non boarding school kelas (viii) di smpit al-fityan school aceh. pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian komparatif. sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah 26 orang siswa kelas viii b dan 26 orang siswa kelas viii c smpit al-fityan school. teknik pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi nilai mentah hasil belajar. teknik analisa data menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji t. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar ips pada siswa boarding school dan non boarding school kelas (viii) di smpit al-fityan school aceh. dimana hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 atau nilai thitung sebesar 11,38 > ttabel 1,66, artinya terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar ips pada siswa boarding school dan non boarding school kelas (viii) di smpit al-fityan school aceh. kata kunci: perbandingan, hasil belajar, ips, boarding school, non boarding school



Abstract

The research entitled "Comparison of Social Studies Learning Outcomes for Class (VIII) Boarding School and Non-Boarding School Students at SMPIT Al-Fityan School Aceh" aims to find out the comparison of social studies learning outcomes for Class (VIII) Boarding School and Non-Boarding School students in SMPIT Al-Fityan School Aceh. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with a comparative research type. The sample in this study was 26 students in class VIII B and 26 students in class VIII C at SMPIT Al-Fityan School. The data collection technique is in the form of documentation of the raw scores of learning outcomes. Data analysis techniques use normality tests and t tests. The research results show that there are differences in social studies learning outcomes for boarding school and non-boarding school class students (VIII) at SMPIT Al-Fityan School Aceh. Where the results of the hypothesis test show that the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05 or the tcount value is 11.38 > ttable 1.66, meaning that there is a difference in social studies learning outcomes for Boarding School and Non-Boarding School class (VIII) students at SMPIT Al-Fityan Aceh School.
