Pengelolaan dana bos sering mengalami kendala yang menyebabkan pengelolaan dana bos menjadi kurang efisien. oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh akuntabilitas, transparansi, dan partisipasi pemangku kepentingan terhadap efisiensi pengelolaan dana bos di sman dan smkn di aceh singkil. penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pendekatan metode kuantitatif. data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu menyebarkan kuesioner ke 16 sekolah di aceh singkil. kriteria sampel adalah kepala sekolah, 3 wakil kepala sekolah, dan bendahara dari masing-masing sekolah dengan jumlah sampel 68 sampel. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa akuntabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap efisiensi pengelolaan dana bos di kabupaten aceh singkil, transparansi berpengaruh terhadap efisiensi pengelolaan dana bos di kabupaten aceh singkil, partisipasi stakeholder tidak berpengaruh terhadap efisiensi dana bos di kabupaten aceh singkil. kata kunci: akuntabilitas, transparansi, partisipasi pemangku kepentingan, efisiensi pengelolaan dana bos

Abstract
The management of BOS funds often experienced problems that caused the management of BOS funds to become less efficient. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of accountability, transparency, and stakeholder participation on the efficiency of BOS fund management at SMAN and SMKN in Aceh Singkil. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis model with a quantitative method approach. The data used is primary data, namely distributing questionnaires to 16 schools in Aceh Singkil. The sample criteria were the school principal, 3 vice principals, and the treasurer from each school with a total sample of 68 samples. The results of this study indicate that accountability has no effect on the efficiency of BOS fund management in Aceh Singkil District, transparency has an effect on the efficiency of BOS fund management in Aceh Singkil District, stakeholder participation has no effect on the efficiency of BOS fund management in Aceh Singkil District.
