Kementerian pendidikan, kebudayaan, riset dan teknologi universitas syiah kuala fakultas keperawatan program studi keperawatan skripsi 07 agustus 2023 xiv + vi bab + 66 halaman + 10 tabel + 1 skema + 18 lampiran qanita putri 1912101010042 hubungan berat badan lahir rendah dan asi eksklusif dengan kejadian stunting batita di wilayah kerja puskesmas kuta alam abstrak permasalahan gizi secara kronis pada anak di aceh masih perlu diperhatikan khususnya kejadian stunting pada balita. stunting aceh berada pada peringkat ke-5 tertinggi se-indonesia tahun 2022 yakni 31,2%. salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian stunting yaitu bblr dan asi eksklusif. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan bblr dan asi eksklusif dengan kejadian stunting batita di wilayah kerja puskesmas kuta alam. desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelatif dan pendekatan cross sectional. pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability random sampling dengan jumlah sampel (n=86). sumber data menggunakan data dari kuesioner, lembar riwayat bblr dan lembar pengukuran tinggi badan. analisa data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square. hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki riwayat tidak bblr (65,1%), responden tidak memberikan asi eksklusif (53,5%) dan tinggi badan anak terdapat pada kategori stunting (sangat pendek & pendek) (58,1%). terdapat hubungan antara bblr dengan kejadian stunting batita dengan hasil p-value 0,020 < (0,05) dan terdapat hubungan asi eksklusif dengan kejadian stuting batita dengan hasil p-value 0,037 < (0,05). asupan gizi ibu hamil yang kurang megakibatkan bayi lahir dengan berat badan lahir rendah yang mempengaruhi kejadian stunting. bila bayi tidak mendapatkan asi eksklusif juga mendukung kejadian stunting pada balita. kata kunci : bblr, asi eksklusif, stunting daftar bacaan : 50 jurnal + 29 buku + 1 website

Stunting cases in Aceh is ranked 5th, the highest cases in Indonesia in 2022 is 31.2%. The main factors that influence the incidence of stunting is Low Birth Weight (LBW) and exclusive breastfeeding. The aim of this research was to determine the correlation between LBW and exclusive breastfeeding with the stunting at Puskesmas Kuta Alam. In this study, a correlative descriptive with cross sectional approach was employed. The technique sampling was probability random sampling with the total sample is (n=86). Additionally, data sources were questionnaires, LBW history sheets and height measurement sheets. Data analysis in this study was univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. The research results showed that the majority of respondents had a history of not being LBW (65.1%), respondents had no providing exclusive breastfeeding (53.5%) and the child’s height was in the stunting category (very short & short) (58.1%). It is indicated that there is a correlation between LBW and the stunting children with a p-value of 0.020 < (0.05) and there is a correlation between exclusive breastfeeding and the stunting children with a p-value of 0.037 < (0.05). Furthermore, insufficient nutritional intake of pregnant women results in children born with low birth weight which affects the stunting. In addition, if children do not receive exclusive breast milk, it contributes to the stunting in children.
