Abstrak. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh aplikasi ekstrak etil asetat babadotan (ageratum conyzoides l.) dalam variasi konsentrasi terhadap pertumbuhan dan perubahan aktivitas biokimia gulma bayam duri. penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan rancangan acak lengkap (ral) menggunakan pola non-faktorial dan analisis data menggunakan uji anova. hasil ekstraksi etil asetat babadotan diaplikasikan mulai dari konsentrasi 5%, 10%, 15% dan 20 % serta aquades dan 2,4-d sebagai pembanding dengan masing-masing perlakuan terdapat 3 ulangan. aplikasi ekstrak etil asetat babadotan konsentrasi 15% mampu menghambat pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang akar, bobot kering tajuk dan akar, serta mengontrol persentase pertumbuhan gulma. sedangkan konsentrasi 20% merupakan perlakuan terbaik meningkatkan nilai daya hantar listrik kata kunci : babadotan, ekstrak, etil asetat, konsentrasi,



Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to examine the effect of application of babadotan (Ageratum conyzoides L.) ethyl acetate extract in varying concentrations on the growth and changes in the biochemical activity of thorn spinach weed. This research applies a completely randomized design (CRD) approach with a non-factorial pattern and then analyzes the data using the ANOVA test. The results of babadotan ethyl acetate extraction were applied starting from concentrations of 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20%, as well as distilled water and 2,4-D, as a comparison with 3 replications of each treatment. Application of a 15% concentration of babadotan ethyl acetate extract was able to inhibit the growth of plant height, number of leaves, root length, dry weight of the crown and roots, as well as control the percentage of weed growth. Meanwhile, a concentration of 20% is the best treatment to increase the electrical conductivity value. Keywords: Babadotan, Concentration, Extract, Ethyl acetate,
