Riset ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh keterikatan kerja, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas penanaman modal dan pelayanan terpadu satu pintu (dpmptsp) aceh yang dimediasi oleh leader member exchange. riset ini menggunakan jumlah sampel sebanyak 149 pegawai dan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan data diolah menggunakan one sample t-test (spss), sem (amos), dan uji sobel. hasil menunjukkan bahwa keterikatan kerja, komitmen organisasi, leader member exchange (lmx), dan kinerja pegawai sudah berjalan dengan baik. keterikatan kerja dan komitmen organisasi mempengaruhi leader member exchange dan kinerja pegawai. leader member exchange juga turut mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. keterikatan kerja dan komitmen organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai melalui leader member exchange secara parsial. hasil juga menjelaskan bahwa leader member exchange mampu berfungsi sebagai mediator di dalam model. maka temuan-temuan tersebut menghasilkan premis model peningkatan kinerja pegawai yang merupakan fungsi dari pemaksimalan keterikatan kerja dan komitmen organisasi serta peningkatan leader member exchange. kata kunci: keterikatan kerja, komitmen organisasi, leader member exchange (lmx), dan kinerja pegawai



Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of Work Engagement, Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance of the Aceh Investment and One-Stop Services Service (DPMPTSP) mediated by the Leader Member Exchange. This research uses a total sample of 149 employees and uses a saturated sample technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and data were processed using one sample t-test (SPSS), SEM (AMOS), and the Sobel test. The results show that Work Engagement, Organizational Commitment, Leader Member Exchange (LMX), and Employee Performance are going well. Work Engagement and Organizational Commitment affect Leader Member Exchange and employee performance. Leader Member Exchange also influences employee performance. Work engagement and organizational commitment affect employee performance through Leader Member Exchange partially. The results also explain that the Leader Member Exchange is able to function as a mediator in the model. So these findings result in the premise of an employee performance improvement model which is a function of maximizing Work Engagement and Organizational Commitment as well as increasing Leader Member Exchange.
