Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh job autonomy dan co worker support terhadap job satisfaction yang dimediasi oleh work family conflict pada tenaga kesehatan perempuan rumah sakit umum daerah meuraxa kota banda aceh. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 143 orang tenaga kesehatan perempuan non pns rumah sakit umum daerah meuraxa kota banda aceh yang mewakili populasi penelitian. teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proposional stratified random sampling . metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah hierarchical regression linear untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel-variabel yang terlibat. peralatan analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistical product and service solutions (spss). berdasakan hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa job autonomy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, co worker support tidak berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction, job autonomy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work family conflict, co worker support berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap work family conflict, work family conflict tidak berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction dan work family conflict tidak mampu menjadi mediator pada job autonomy dan co worker support terhadap job satisfaction. kata kunci : job autonomy, co worker support, job satisfaction, work family conflict

Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of Job Autonomy and Co Worker Support on Job Satisfaction mediated by Work Family Conflict in Female Health Workers at the Meuraxa Regional General Hospital, Banda Aceh City. This research is a quantitative research, collecting data using a questionnaire. The sample in this study was 143 non-PNS female health workers at the Meuraxa Regional General Hospital, Banda Aceh City, who represented the study population. The sampling technique used is Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. The data analysis method used is Hierarchical Regression Linear to determine the effect of the variables involved. The data analysis tool used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Based on the results of the study found that Job Autonomy has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Co Worker Support has no effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Autonomy has a positive and significant effect on Work Family Conflict, Co Worker Support has a negative and significant effect on Work Family Conflict, Work Family Conflict does not affect Job Satisfaction and Work Family Conflict is unable to become a mediator in Job Autonomy and Co Worker Support for Job Satisfaction.
