Masrijah (2023), pengaruh bekerja terhadap nilai indeks prestasi kumulatif pada mahasiswa fakultas keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan universitas syiah kuala. terdapat beberapa mahasiswa di fakultas keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan universitas syiah kuala yang kuliah sambil bekerja untuk menunjang kebutuhan ekonomi, mencari pengalaman, melatih kemandirian, yang terdapat sejumlah hambatan dan masalah yang dihadapi dalam menjalani dua peran tersebut secara bersamaan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bekerja terhadap indeks prestasi kumulatif pada mahasiswa fakultas keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan universitas syiah kuala. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. pada penelitian ini, sampel yang diambil dari populasi menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yang berjumlah 34 orang mahasiswa. analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dan uji t. berdasarkan uji regresi linier sederhana di peroleh hasil y = 391,294+ -0,255x. adapun koefisien regresi x sebesar -0,255 menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan 1% nilai variabel bekerja maka akan semakin rendah indeks prestasi kumulatif mahasiswa sebesar 0,255. maka koefisien tersebut bernilai negatif, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa arah hubungan variabel x terhadap variabel y adalah berpengaruh negatif. selanjutkannya uji t pada taraf signifikan 0,05 dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai yaitu 0,018< 0,05 atau nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu -2.497 > 1.691. hipotesis penelitian diterima, hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variabel bekerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap indeks prestasi kumulatif mahasiswa fakultas keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan universitas syiah kuala. kesimpulannya dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bekerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap indeks prestasi kumulatif pada mahasiswa fakultas keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan universitas syiah kuala.

Masrijah (2023), The Influence of Work on Cumulative Achievement Index of Students in the Teaching and Education Faculty of the University of Syiah Kuala. There are several students at the Faculty of Teaching and Education at Syiah Kuala University who study while working to support economic needs, seek experience, practice independence, which face a number of obstacles and problems in carrying out these two roles simultaneously. This study aims to determine the effect of work on the Grade Point Average for students of the Teaching and Education Faculty of the University of Syiah Kuala. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. In this study, samples were taken from the population using a saturated sampling technique with a total of 34 students. Data analysis used in this research is simple linear regression analysis and t test. Based on the simple linear regression test, the result is Y = 391.294+ -0.255X. The regression coefficient X of -0.255 states that for every 1% addition of the value of the working variable, the lower the student's grade point average is 0.255. Then the coefficient is negative, so it can be said that the direction of the relationship between variable X and variable Y has a negative effect. Furthermore, the t test at a significant level of 0.05 can be proven by a value that is 0.018 ttable, namely -2,497 > 1,691. The research hypothesis is accepted, the results show that the working variable has a significant influence on the Grade Point Average of students in the Teaching and Education Faculty of the University of Syiah Kuala. The conclusion from this study shows that work has a negative effect on the Grade Point Average for students of the Teaching and Education Faculty of Syiah Kuala University.
