Ringkasan produksi merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan yang sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan produksi dalam suatu usaha. proses produksi adalah cara, metode, dan teknologi, dimana suatu kegiatan produksi dilakukan. laventea merupakan produk inovasi baru yang diolah dari bahan baku bunga lavender, gula dan air hangat. adapun tahap dalam memproduksi laventea yaitu mulai dari persiapan alat dan bahan, pengeringan tunas lavender hingga menjadi rempah teh, penyeduhan / blend rempah lavender menggunakan air hangat selama 10 menit, melarutkan gula di dalam wadah yang berbeda, campur seduhan lavender dengan larutan gula, hingga memasukkannya ke dalam kemasan. dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk laventea perlu memperhatikan beberapa aspek penting dalam mewujudkan produk inovasi baru mulai dari rasa, desain produk, dan kemasan yang digunakan, agar konsumen tertarik untuk membelinya. tujuan dari tugas akhir ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses produksi yang dilakukan saat memproduksi laventea, dan juga mengetahui karakteristik produk yang dihasilkan oleh produk laventea, serta mengetahui penerapan standarisasi produk agar lavender teatetap berkualitas. objek dan ruang lingkup ini membahas tentang proses produksi, karakteristik produk dan standarisasi produk. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode deskriftif, yang terdiri dari proses uji survey produk. laventea merupakan produk minuman siap saji, oleh karena itu harus dilihat standar mutu dan bentuk produk harus diperhatikan agar layak dikonsumsi oleh konsumen. hasil dari tugas akhir ini ialah mengetahui bagaimana proses produksi pada usaha laventea, dimana proses produksi memanfaatkan hasil dari sumber daya alam berupa bunga lavender yang di kembangan menjadi sebuah produk inovatif yang di beri nama laventea dan mengetahui kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk menjamin suatu tingkat atau standar kualitas mutu tertentu sesuai spesifikasi yang direncanakan mulai dari bahan, kualitas proses produksi, kualitas pengelolaan barang setengah jadi dan barang jadi sampai standar pengiriman ke konsumen agar produk yang dihasilkan menjadi efektif dan efesien.

SUMMARY Production is one form of activity that is very important in the implementation of production in a business. The production process is the way, method, and technology, in which a production activity is carried out. Laventea is a new innovative product made from lavender flowers, sugar and warm water. The steps in producing laventea are starting from the preparation of tools and materials, drying the lavender buds to make herbal tea, brewing the lavender spice using warm water for 10 minutes, dissolving the sugar in a different container, mixing the lavender brew with the sugar solution, and then putting it into the packaging. In increasing sales of laventea products, it is necessary to pay attention to several important aspects in realizing new innovative products starting from the taste, product design and packaging used, so that consumers are interested in buying them. The purpose of this final project is to find out how the production process was carried out when producing laventea, and also to know the product characteristics produced by laventea products, and to know the application of product standardization so that lavender tea remains of high quality. This object and scope discusses the production process, product characteristics and product standardization. The method used in this final project research uses a descriptive method, which consists of a product survey test process. Laventea is a ready-to-drink beverage product, therefore it must be seen that the quality standard and product form must be considered so that it is suitable for consumption by consumers. The results of this final project are to find out how the production process is in the laventea business, where the production process utilizes the results from natural resources in the form of lavender flowers which are developed into an innovative product called laventea and know the activities carried out to guarantee a level or standard of quality certain quality according to the planned specifications starting from materials, quality of the production process, quality of management of semi-finished goods and finished goods to delivery standards to consumers so that the products produced are effective and efficient.
