Penyusunan laporan magang ini berdasarkan peninjauan langsung pekerjaan pada proyek yang sedang dalam tahap konstruksi. proyek yang ditinjau sebagai tempat magang adalah peningkatan struktur jalan dan pembangunan jembatan ruas geumpang – pameue (missing link) seksi ii. tinjauan khusus pada proyek ini adalah pelaksanaan pekerjaan box culvert sta. 5+200, mulai dari pekerjaan survey marking hingga pekerjaan wing wall . pekerjaan pengecoran menggunakan metode pengecoran di tempat (cast in situ). berdasarkan peninjauan langsung di lapangan, metode pekerjaan box culvert yang digunakan dimulai dari persiapan lokasi pekerjaan, pekerjaan bottom slab, pekerjaan, wall, pekerjaan top slab dan pekerjaan wing wall. sedangkan untuk pengawasan yang ditinjau adalah pengawasan mutu dan pengawasan k3. metode pelaksanaan yang di laksanakan di lapangan menghasilkan konstruksi box culvert yang sesuai dengan shop drawing yang telah dibuat oleh kontraktor. secara keseluruhan, setiap pekerjaan di lapangan terlaksana sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan syarat yang berlaku meskipun terjadi beberapa permasalahan baik dari segi teknis antara lain tidak menggunakan alat bantu saat pengecoran wall melebihi tinggi jatuh minimum serta permasalahan non teknis yang berkaitan dengan faktor cuaca. permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi dapat teratasi oleh solusi yang di implementasikan oleh pelaksana dan arahan pengawas supervisi sehingga pekerjaan dapat berjalan dengan sesuai spesifikasi

The preparation of this Internship Report is based on direct observation of work on projects that are currently under construction. The project being reviewed as an internship place is Road Structure Improvement and Construction of the Geumpang – Pameue ​​Section Bridge (MISSING LINK) SECTION II. A special review of this project is the implementation of the Box Culvert STA work. 5+200, starting from Survey marking work to wing wall work. The casting work uses the cast in situ method. Based on direct observation in the field, the Box culvert work method used starts from site preparation, bottom slab work, wall work, top slab work and wing wall work. Meanwhile, the supervision reviewed is quality control and K3 supervision. The implementation method carried out in the field resulted in box culvert construction in accordance with the shop drawings made by the contractor. Overall, every work in the field was carried out in accordance with the specifications and conditions that apply even though there were some problems both from a technical point of view, including not using tools when casting Walls exceeding the minimum fall height as well as non-technical problems related to weather factors. The problems that occur can be resolved by the solutions implemented by the executor and the direction of the supervising supervisor so that work is carried out can run according to specifications
