Pt aceh media grafika merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri percetakan yang memproduksi surat kabar, majalah, buku, kalender, kop surat dan segala jenis cetakan lainnya. dalam proses produksi surat kabar, pt aceh media grafika menggunakan unit goss community yang telah beroperasi selama tahun 2005. berdasarkan observasi, unit goss community sering mengalami kerusakan dan perusahaan masih menggunakan corrective maintenance dalam melakukan perbaikan atau perawatan. berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini melakukan pengembangan sistem perawatan dan pemeliharaan unit goss community menggunakan metode reliability centered maintenance (rcm). metode ini bertujuan untuk memilih tindakan perawatan yang efektif dan efisien terhadap komponen yang mengalami kerusakan. dari hasil pengumpulan data, terdapat 3 kerusakan komponen yang paling kritis yang berpotensti menyebabkan shutdown yaitu paper roll stand, blanket gusset roller, dan as roll kertas angin. berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh pemilihan tindakan condition directed pada failure mode yaitu, paper roll stand, blanket gusset roller, dan as roll kertas angin. berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan analisis, penelitian ini menyusun tindakan perawatan yang diperlukan bagi perusahaan dan melakukan penentuan waktu penjadwalan perawatan komponen kritis. kata kunci: reliability centered maintenance (rcm), failure mode effect and analysis (fmea), risk priority number (rpn), logic tree analysis (lta)

PT Aceh Media Grafika is a company engaged in the printing industry which produces newspapers, magazines, books, calendars, letterheads and all other types of printing. In the process of producing newspapers, PT Aceh Media Grafika uses the Goss Community unit which has been operating since 2005. Based on observations, the Goss Community unit often experiences damage and the company still uses corrective maintenance in carrying out repairs or maintenance. Based on these problems, this study developed a care and maintenance system for the Goss Community unit using the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method. This method aims to select effective and efficient maintenance measures for damaged components. From the results of data collection, there are 3 most critical component failures that have the potential to cause shutdown, namely the paper roll stand, blanket gusset roller, and paper roll axle. Based on the results of data processing, it was obtained that the selection of condition-directed actions in the failure mode, namely, paper roll stands, blanket gusset rollers, and paper roll axles. Based on the results of data processing and analysis, this study compiles the necessary maintenance actions for the company and determines the time for scheduling maintenance of critical components.
