Prarancangan pabrik biodiesel ini menggunakan bahan baku dari mikroalga chlorella sp. pabrik didesain untuk menghasilkan biodiesel dengan metanol sebagai pelarut dengan proses esterifikasi, proses ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan biodiesel yang bersumber dari minyak alga. kapasitas produksi pabrik ini adalah 50.000 ton/tahun dengan hari kerja 330 hari/tahun. bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah perseroan terbatas (pt) dengan menggunakan metode struktur garis dan staf. kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 139 orang. lokasi pabrik direncanakan dibangun di kawasan industri aceh, desa ladong, kecamatan mesjid raya, kabupaten aceh besar, provinsi aceh. sumber air pabrik biodiesel ini berasal dari sungai krueng buy, kecamatan aceh besar. sedangkan listrik diperoleh dari perusahaan listrik negara (pln) dan generator dengan daya 832,79 kw. hasil analisa ekonomi yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut : 1. f fixed capital investment (fci) =rp. 441.951.833.696,37,- 2. working capital investment (wci) = rp. 122.907.958.424,09,- 3. total capital investment (tci) = rp. 552.439.792.120,46,- 4. total production cost (tpc) = rp. 339.983.470.915,27,- 5. sales cost (sc) = rp. 559.238.367.600,00,- 6. laba bersih = rp. 164.441.172.513,55,- 7. pot = 5,13 tahun 8. break event point (bep) = 30,95% 9. internal rate of return (irr) = 20,6%

The pre-design of this biodiesel plant uses raw materials from Mikroalgae Chlorella sp. The plant is designed to produce biodiesel with methanol as the solvent with esterification process, it aims to produce algae oil as the source of the biodiesel. The production capacity of this factory is 50,000 tons / year with a working day of 330 days / year. The planned form of the company is a Limited Liability Company (PT) using the line and staff structure method. The labor needs to run this company amounted to 139 people. The factory location is planned to be built in Aceh Industrial Area, Ladong Village, Mesjid Raya District, Aceh Besar Regency, Aceh Province. The water source of this Biodiesel plant comes from the Krueng Buy River, while electricity is obtained from the State Electricity Company (PLN) and generators with a power of 832,79 kW. The results of the economic analysis obtained are as follows: 1. Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) =Rp. 441.951.833.696,37,- 2. Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp. 122.907.958.424,09,- 3. Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp. 552.439.792.120,46,- 4. Total Production Cost (TPC) = Rp. 339.983.470.915,27,- 5. Sales Cost (SC) = Rp. 559.238.367.600,00,- 6. Net Profit = Rp. 164.441.172.513,55,- 7. POT = 5,13 years 8. Break Event Point (BEP) = 30,95% 9. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 20,6%
