Pendidikan di indonesia, saat ini dihadapkan pada tantangan untuk menyiapkan dan memfasilitasi siswa agar memiliki keterampilan abad 21. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru biologi mengenai pendekatan stem di kabupaten nagan raya, serta untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari faktor usia, masa mengajar, serta pelatihan yang diikuti oleh guru terhadap persepsi guru tersebut. jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian non-eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan data di analisis berdasarkan analisis statistik dan uji t. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan tingkat persepsi guru biologi terhadap pendekatan stem di kabupaten nagan raya tergolong cukup baik. selanjutnya untuk faktor usia, masa mengajar, serta pelatihan yang diikuti oleh guru tidak mempengaruhi persepsi guru tersebut. kata kunci: persepsi guru, pendekatan stem, keterampilan abad 21

Education in Indonesia is currently faced with the challenge of preparing and facilitating students to have 21st century skills. This study aims to determine the perceptions of biology teachers regarding the STEM approach in Nagan Raya District, and to determine whether there is influence from age, teaching period, and training followed by the teacher on the teacher's perception. The type of research used was non-experimental research with a quantitative approach and the data was analyzed based on statistical analysis and the T-test. The results showed that overall the level of Biology teachers' perceptions of the STEM approach in Nagan Raya District was quite good. Furthermore, the age factor, teaching period, and training attended by the teacher do not affect the teacher's perception. Keywords: Teacher Perception, STEM Approach, 21st Century Skills
