Prarancangan pabrik minyak jagung ini menggunakan biji jagung sebagai bahan baku. kapasitas produksi pabrik minyak jagung ini adalah 3.000 ton/tahun dengan hari kerja 330 hari/tahun. perseroan terbatas (pt) adalah bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan dengan menggunakan struktur garis dan staf. kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 123 orang. lokasi pabrik direncanakan didirikan di di desa dolok hataran, kecamatan siantar, kabupaten simalungun, sumatera utara dengan luas tanah 17.164 m2 . kebutuhan air untuk pabrik ini sebesar 9.409,68 kg/jam yang diperoleh dari sungai bah bolon. sumber listrik diperoleh dari perusahaan listrik negara (pln) dan generator dengan daya 1.214,87 kw. hasil analisa ekonomi yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut: 1. fixed capital investment (fci) = rp. 228.362.051.833 2. working capital investment (wci) = rp. 25.373.561.315 3. total capital investment (tci) = rp. 253.735.613.148 4. total production cost (tpc) = rp. 242.770.656.249 5. sales cost (sc) = rp. 374.267.140.616 6. laba bersih = rp. 98.622.363.275 7. pay out time (pot) = 3,39 tahun 8. break event point (bep) = 29% 9. internal rate of return (irr) = 31,1%

Abstract
The design of this Corn Oil factory uses corn kernels as raw material. The production capacity of this Corn Oil factory is 3,000 tons/year with 330 working days/year. Limited Liability Company (PT) is a planned form of company using a line and staff structure. The workforce needed to run this company is 123 people. The factory location is planned to be built in Dolok Hataran Village, Siantar District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra with a land area of 17,164 m2. The air requirement for this factory is 9,409.68 kg/hour which is obtained from the Bah Bolon river. The source of electricity is obtained from the State Electricity Company (PLN) and a generator with a power of 1,214.87 kW. From economic analysis was obtained: 1. Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp. 228.362.051.833 2. Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp. 25.373.561.315 3. Total Capital Investment (TCI) = Rp. 253.735.613.148 4. Total Production Cost (TPC) = Rp. 242.770.656.249 5. Sales Cost (SC) = Rp. 374.267.140.616 6. Net Profit = Rp. 98.622.363.275 7. Pay Out Time (POT) = 3,39 tahun 8. Break Event Point (BEP) = 29% 9. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) = 31,1%
