Pengelolaan dana desa merupakan tugas sekaligus tantangan bagi perangkat desa dalam mencapai prioritas penggunaan dana tersebut, oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa yang ditinjau melalui pengawasan, kompetensi sdm dan partisipasi masyarakat. responden penelitian berjumlah 132 orang yang terdiri dari kepala desa, sekretaris desa dan kaur keuangan. seluruh responden tersebut berasal dari 44 desa di kota banda aceh. metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi spss versi 25. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan, kompetensi perangkat desa dan partisipasi masyarakat berpengaruh positif terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa. kemudian pelaksanaan pengawasan, kompetensi sdm dan partisipasi masyarakat secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana desa. kata kunci : pengawasan, kompetensi sdm dan partisipasi masyarakat

Abstract
Village Fund Management is both a task and a challenge for Village Apparatus in achieving the priority of using these funds, therefore this study aims to test the accountability of Village Fund Management which is reviewed through the application of the supervision, Human Resources Competence and society participation. Research respondents totaled 132 people consisting of village heads, village secretaries and finance officer. All of these respondents came from 44 villages in city of Banda Aceh The analytical method used in this study was Multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 application. The results of this study indicate that supervision, Village Apparatus Competence and society participation has a positive effect on the accountability of Village Fund Management, then the implementation of supervision, Human Resources Competence and society participation simultaneously affect the accountability of Village Fund Management.
