Prarancangan pabrik portland pozzolan cement (ppc) ini dibuat atas dasar untuk memenuhi kebutuhan semen nasional yang semakin bertambah pesat. pabrik portland pozzolan cement (ppc) ini menggunakan batu kapur sebagai bahan baku utama dengan kapasitas produksi sebesar 280.000 ton/tahun. tahapan proses yang digunakan untuk memproduksi portland pozzolan cement (ppc) meliputi : (1) persiapan bahan baku, (2) penggilingan bahan mentah di raw mill, (3) pembakaran dan pendinginan raw mix, (4) proses penggilingan klinker. bentuk perusahaan yang direncanakan adalah perseroan terbatas (pt) dengan menggunakan metode struktur garis dan staf dengan waktu kerja selama 330 hari per tahun. kebutuhan tenaga kerja untuk menjalankan perusahaan ini berjumlah 162 orang. pabrik direncanakan didirikan di g. pandan,kabupaten aceh tamiang, provinsi naggroe aceh darussalam dengan luas tanah 45.000 m . sumber air pabrik ini berasal dari sungai g. pandan,kabupaten aceh tamiang, provinsi naggroe aceh darussalam. kebutuhan listrik seluruh pabrik dan perumahan karyawan sebesar 23,455 mw diperoleh dari pln dan generator sendiri dengan menggunakan bahan bakar batu bara. hasil analisa ekonomi yang diperoleh adalah: 2 a. b. fixed capital investment working capital investment = rp. 217.113.837.792 = rp. 54.278.459.448 c. d. total capital investment total biaya produksi = rp. 271.392.297.240 = rp. 238.303.840.500 e. f. hasil penjualan laba bersih = rp. 324.596.740.804 = rp. 64.719.675.228 g. h. pay out time (pot) break even point (bep) = 4,32 tahun = 30,59% keywords : portland pozzolan cement (ppc), batu kapur, proses kering

The design of the Portland Pozzolan Cement (PPC) plant was made on the basis of meeting the rapidly growing national cement demand. The Portland Pozzolan Cement (PPC) factory uses limestone as the main raw material with a production capacity of 280,000 tons / year. The process stages used to produce Portland Pozzolan Cement (PPC) include: (1) Preparation of raw materials, (2) Milling of raw materials in raw mills, (3) Burning and cooling of raw mix, (4) Clinker grinding process. The planned company form is a Limited Liability Company (PT) using the line and staff structure method with a working time of 330 days per year. The number of workers needed to run this company is 162 people. The factory is planned to be built in G. Pandan, Aceh Tamiang Regency, Naggroe Aceh Darussalam Province with a land area of 45,000 m2. The source of water for this factory comes from the G. Pandan River, Aceh Tamiang District, Naggroe Aceh Darussalam Province. The electricity needs of the entire factory and employee housing amounting to 23,455 MW are obtained from PLN and the generator itself uses diesel fuel.
