Abstrak rizkito, mulio. evaluasi kondisi fisik dominan atlet ukm bulutangkis usk tahun 2023. skripsi, pendidikan olahraga, program studi pendidikan jasmani kesehatan dan rekreasi, fakultas keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan, universitas syiah kuala. pembimbing: (1) dr. drs. mansur, m.kes., (2) ifwandi, s.pd., m.pd. kata kunci: kondisi fisik dominan . permainan bulutangkis tidak terlepas dari kondisi fisik dominan, seperti kekuatan otot tungkai dan lengan yang dibutuhkan dalam setiap teknik gerakan, daya ledak yang digunakan ketika melakukan pukulan smash, dan kelincahan diperlukan pada sat bermain. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kondisi fisik dominan atlet ukm bulutangkis usk. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang. mengingat jumlah populasi yang relative kecil, maka dijadikan total sampling. teknik pengumpulan data adalah sebagai berikut: (1) daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) daya ledak otot lengan, dan (3) kelincahan. hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) daya ledak otot tungkai berada pada kategori baik dengan besar persentase 30%, (2) daya ledak otot lengan berada pada kategori baik dengan besar persentase 53%, dan (3) kelincahan berada pada kategori baik dengan besar persentase 50%.

The game of badminton is inseparable from dominant physical conditions, such as the leg and arm muscle strength needed in each movement technique, the explosive power used when smashing, and the agility needed when playing. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the dominant physical condition of USK Badminton UKM athletes. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type. The population in this study amounted to 20 people. Given the relatively small number of population, then used as a total sampling. Data collection techniques were as follows: (1) leg muscle explosive power, (2) arm muscle explosive power, and (3) agility. The results of the data analysis can be summarized as follows: (1) the explosive power of the leg muscles is in the good category with a large percentage of 30%, (2) the explosive power of the arm muscles is in the good category with a large percentage of 53%, and (3) agility is in the good category with a large percentage of 50%.
