Endometritis merupakan inflamasi pada endometrium yang disebabkan oleh bakteri diantaranya escherichia coli dan staphyloccus aureus. salah satu parameter spesifik saat terjadi inflamasi adalah perubahan kadar interleukin-6. interleukin-6 (il-6) adalah sitokin pro-inflamasi yang berfungsi dalam proses inflamasi sebagai pertahanan tubuh dan jaringan. tujuan penelitian ini mengevaluasi kadar il-6 pada hewan model tikus putih yang diinfeksikan bakteri e. coli dan s. aureus dengan jumlah koloni bakteri yang berbeda. penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan 6 kelompok atas 3 kali ulangan. total tikus yang digunakan adalah 18 ekor, masing-masing perlakuan terdiri atas 3 ekor tikus. tikus pada kelompok i diinokulasikan e. coli konsentrasi 1,5 x 105 cfu/ml, kelompok ii diinokulasikan s. aureus konsentrasi 1,5 x 105 cfu/ml, kelompok iii diinokulasikan dengan kombinasi e. coli dan s. aureus konsentrasi 1,5 x 105 cfu/ml, kelompok iv diinokulasikan e. coli konsentrasi 1,5 x 108 cfu/ml, kelompok v diinokulasikan s. aureus konsentrasi 1,5 x 108 cfu/ml dan kelompok vi diinokulasikan dengan kombinasi e. coli dan s. aureus konsentrasi 1,5 x 108 cfu/ml. setelah 36 jam inokulasi, darah tikus diambil melalui vena orbital mata untuk selanjutnya dianalisis kadar il-6 menggunakan metode elisa. data kadar il-6 dianalisis menggunakan analisis varians (anova) pola satu arah. hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata kadar il-6 pada kelompok i, ii, iii, iv, v, vi adalah 2,55 ± 0,72 ng/ml ; 2,98 ± 0,31 ng/ml ; 2,51 ± 0,59 ng/ml ; 4,59 ± 1,38 ng/ml ; 4,87 ± 1,74 ng/ml ; 3,11 ± 0,71 ng/ml. hasil uji statistik menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kadar il-6 (p

Endometritis is inflammation of the endometrium caused by bacteria is Eschericia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. One of the specific parameters when inflammation occurs is Interleukin-6. Interleukin-6 (IL-6) is a pro-inflammatory cytokine that functions in the inflammatory process as a defense for the body and tissues. The purpose of this study was to evaluate IL-6 levels in animal models of white rats infected with E. coli and S. aureus at diffrent doses. This study was designed using a completely randomized design with 6 treatments and 3 replications.Total rats used were 18 rats, each treatment consisted of 3 rats. Rats in treatment groups I were inoculated with E. coli at dose of 1.5 x 105 CFU/ml, II were inoculated with S. aureus at dose of 1.5 x 105 CFU/ml, III were inoculated with combination E. coli and S. aureus at dose of 1.5 x 105 CFU/ml, IV were inoculated with E. coli at dose of 1.5 x 108 CFU/ml, V were inoculated with S. aureus at dose of 1.5 x 108 CFU/ml, VI were inoculated with combimation E. coli and S. aureus at dose of 1.5 x 108 CFU/ml. At 36 hours post inoculation, rat blood was taken through the vena eye orbitals then be analyzed for IL-6 levels using the ELISA method. Data of IL-6 levels were analyzed using a one-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results showed that the average IL-6 levels in the I, II, III, IV, V, VI groups were 2.55 ± 0.72 ng/ml ; 2.98 ± 0.31 ng/ml ; 2.51 ± 0.59 ng/ml ; 4.59 ± 1.38 ng/ml ; 4.87 ± 1.74 ng/ml ; 3.11 ± 0.71 ng/ml respectively.
